Thank you to everyone who came out to yesterday's Hoggsbreath brunch. I believe I counted 30 people in attendance. For those of you who received a "black ice" Hoggsbreath long-sleeve t-shirt, enjoy, and thank you for coming out. For those of you who would like a "home" version of the Hoggsbreath long-sleeve t-shirt (white shirt w/green logo on front), PM me or text me at 612-386-8207 with your size request and I'll put together a list. I can get the shirts for cost so they're relatively cheap ($10-$12 per shirt) and they're good advertising for the softball team sponsor too. Thanks especially to NorthDakotaHockey, CMSioux, Ice Arena Man, YaneA, and Siouxman...always a pleasure to run into you every March.

Wrong X 100 if you're specifically talking about the MOA. I live in Bloomington and have been to the MOA hundreds of times. The College Shop and Field of Dreams ALWAYS prominently display Sioux items in their window displays and have for years.

Duly noted. My point was that I actually know people who were surprised to hear that the Chicago Blackhawks play the same goal song as North Dakota since they thought it was a Grand Forks thing. Videos are a different story. My personal favorite video was one involving O'Fortuna...I think I recall a version of that from the 2006 regional.

Won't ever forget the SCSU game...Huskies up 2-0 about 30 seconds into the game...Gopher fan in front of me turns around and promptly razzes my 8 year old kid about how his team is "gonna get smoked tonight!"...told kid to relax and remember that the teams play 3 periods and not to worry, the Sioux will win the title...Sioux tie it up before the end of the period...Gopher fan now can't even bear to turn around and look at me...Sioux go on to put the hammer down in the third...ballgame...all smiles when the horn sounds...except for the guy in front of me.

Are you going straight to the X on Thursday or is the bus skipping the 2:00 pm Thursday afternoon game?

In a day and age where athletes trade up wives like they're buying a new car, I think Kurt Warner should be commended for not "upgrading" after making millions in the NFL. Back on topic, has Seth Jones made a decision yet?

I can't remember who usually starts this yearly topic but figured I would jump on it this year...what section are you sitting in for this year's games and how do you choose what jersey you're going to wear? Is there any criteria that you use to determine what jersey you wear to the game? White jersey when the team wears white, black because you got a ketchup stain on your white jersey at the last game you attended? Green all weekend because it stands out in the crowd? Is this the weekend to bust out the throwback or do you stick with the newer Reebok style jersey? Same jersey all weekend because you're superstitious or do you change it up? Inquiring minds want to know!

A much easier road trip, indeed, NDH, but who wouldn't want to take a road trip to the Sunshine State in the middle of a long cold winter and catch some Fighting Sioux hockey?
