Now I've heard it all if Minnesota fans are complaining that Scott Hennen's goal-scoring announcements affected the Gopher hockey team. What's next, the U of Minnesota asking if the last-ever WCHA Final Five can be hosted at Mariucci Arena so as to not give an unfair advantage to their opponents? BTW, it didn't take long for Gopher etiquette to show. Minutes after the game, a disappointed fan plows through a picture-taking moment and yells "LET'S GO DENVER" to a friend and me. I quickly replied "so-ore loo-oooser" back which was immediately met with some chest-thumping and a "wanna take this outside, Sioux fan?". No thanks, but I appreciate you barging in on a picture moment with a 12 year old Sioux fan.

Thank you to everyone who came out to yesterday's Hoggsbreath brunch. I believe I counted 30 people in attendance. For those of you who received a "black ice" Hoggsbreath long-sleeve t-shirt, enjoy, and thank you for coming out. For those of you who would like a "home" version of the Hoggsbreath long-sleeve t-shirt (white shirt w/green logo on front), PM me or text me at 612-386-8207 with your size request and I'll put together a list. I can get the shirts for cost so they're relatively cheap ($10-$12 per shirt) and they're good advertising for the softball team sponsor too. Wrong X 100 if you're specifically talking about the MOA. I live in Bloomington and have been to the MOA hundreds of times. The College Shop and Field of Dreams ALWAYS prominently display Sioux items in their window displays and have for years.

Duly noted. My point was that I actually know people who were surprised to hear that the Chicago Blackhawks play the same goal song as North Dakota since they thought it was a Grand Forks thing. Videos are a different story. My personal favorite video was one involving O'Fortuna...I think I recall a version of that from the 2006 regional.
