NDSU Bison: 5-time National Champions*
*yea, but we were a few plays away from being 7-4.
Hmnnn...probably not being screenprinted onto the newest batch of t-shirts and hats at Coaches Choice.
Pretty sure I heard that kind of talk in 2012...and 2013...and 2014...and 2015.
If Chicago wins four more Stanley Cups in a row, my thoughts won't be "meh, the Red Wings are coming."
Love comments like this. NDSU could win another 70 consecutive football national championships and UND will still have some folks saying "yea, but our indoor practice facility kicks ass!"
Jacksonville State was also run out of Spartan Stadium by MSU last season.
And if simply losing to top 20 teams makes you decent, why aren't Kentucky and Vanderbilt in the top 27?
And what accounts are THOSE? Auburn was 6-6 headed into their bowl game with Memphis. 7-6 is now considered about "20th best" in the country? Mark Richt was shown the door at Georgia - for finishing 9-3.
To be fair, Minnesota's only in a bowl game because the interim AD promised the NCAA that nobody on the Gopher staff would drink too much or grope the college interns if they were selected.
Glendale bent over backwards for the Coyotes with that arena deal - a few years there and then they're gone. What a fuster-cluck that organization is. Bunch of carpet-baggers.
well, the committee in charge of this assignment spent countless hours narrowing it down from 50 to 10, so I give them a lot of credit. It was not an easy task assigned to them.
