Any thread UND is in gets bombed by Bison fans over there. They have that "hey, look at me I need to be the center of conversation syndrome", thats why AGS is nothing more than Bisonville 2.0. When we join the MVFC in 2020 it will be a total sh*tshow. Just remember according to Anygivensaturday, MVFC teams are the Gods, Big Sky teams are DII Big Fluffy. NDSU can't lose to anyone outside of the NFL, SDSU is going to win it all even thought they are the only Dakota team never to play for a national title in football...ever. Every team sucks unless UND plays them then they are defending national champions and we are total underdogs. Their mods are closet Bison fans therefore allows Bison trolls to invade ALL UND threads. So all you UND posters over there...good luck with the yellow and green hornets. Try not to get banned.

I also found that pretty interesting. That, and they throw in the only team to win for the Big Sky in this challenge is a team moving to the MVFC. We still represent the Big Sky (at least for this season), before we become a Big Sky Independent.

The part of his comment I find funny is not the winning its the "Gonna get rolled" part. We play tough games down there and hasn't dominated in their dome. I think its going to be a very close game. I doubt its a blowout by either team. Nice win for them against BG, we were a dropped pass in the endzone on a 2 pt conversion from beating them last year. As for their pounding of Drake, it is what it is, but we aren't Drake, and MSU foundout our defense isn't Missouri's.

Last wins for USD vs UND was in 2010 and 2005. UND has won 3 out of the last 5 games in Vermillion dating back to 2003. We are 1-1 in the DI era in Vermillion with our last win in 2008. This quote is from our Coyote buddy Yote53 over at AGS. Gotta love it. Didn't they talk sh*t about beating us last year even thought they haven't won in GF since 1985 and guess who won the game. I guess they never learn. UND is 25-19-3 in Vermillion.

I was given 217 as my dad has mobility problems and it was closest to an exit so he only had to walk down 2 rows and got an aisle seat. Fireworks started him (Vietnam Vet), music was a little loud for him but other than that we all had a blast.

Thats too bad. Sorry for him and his family. He was great yesterday, and I am sure his mom was proud of him just like the rest of us.

Hard to tell if those empty seats are just the people behind the endzones. In our section I was in Row R (so right in the middle) and we had MSU fans in the first couple rows from the field and a couple rows above me I heard a little noise (little since they didn't have much to cheer about).

People looked at the 2014 game, UND got blownout. That was Bubba's first year of dismantling that sh*tshow Mussman left him with in the 3 win 2013 season. He had very little time to do what he could with what he had. In 2017 Bubba's players are kicking in and kicking in with a passion. If there are any Mussman players left they are seniors now but with a Bubba coached mentality. So that game meant nothing and as they say past performance is not a guarantee in future results. 38-0 loss in '14 to a 34-0 win in '17 says it all. FCS knows about our defense, its our offense that could get sketchy at times. When our running attack is on or our passing attack is lighting it up...WATCH OUT!!

I think MSU only brought about 20 or so fans. Didn't seem like much, but nice to see my section (217) and over in 218 pretty full usually its the area thats empty.

I find it a little loud, also does the players like it being in the huddle when bam a song comes on until they break the huddle. I love the jeopardy theme during the replays.

If you all want to Sioux it up, by all means I don't care. I saw the Hawks gear on fans, I saw what the Alerus did to make it the Hawk's Nest as BarnWinterEngelstad calls it. The Hawks name and logo was everywhere from the campus to the Alerus both inside and out. On the scoreboard, over the PA system, being waved in the air. If the REA wants to drag their feet, fine, but at least we all know that name and logo is growing, and you cannot erase the Fighting Sioux name and logo, hell my dad had Sioux on his football hat he got over a decade ago. I wear my Sioux hoodie to work everynight. It won't go away, and thats fine. But more fans are embracing it, accepting it, and buying it. Hockey will be a different story since the Sioux hockey jersey was the sharpest jersey there was (I have 2 of them). But I think you may see the interlocking ND jerseys slowing going by the waste side in favor of a Hawks jersey (maybe not the ones for this season) but maybe a future one with a Hawk on the front with the word Hawk above it. Everyone knows there is a division in the fanbase but bigger than that is how Sioux fans and Hawk fans come together to cheer for the same team. There was no booing at the Alerus, there was no booing at the Betty so as long at there is no booing at the REA because the fans won't accept UND being any other name but Sioux that division will decrease. So wear your Sioux gear, Hawk gear, Interlocking ND gear, or just the words North Dakota gear, wear it with pride, and cheer on the athletes to victory. Just like the motto said of the school in 2008 ( the 1 is not only the new division)....WE ARE 1 WE ARE NORTH DAKOTA!!

A sold out Betty vs a damn near empty REA. The women had their chance to make WH something but not many showed their support in the seats compared to on social media.

Just got back to Fargo, defense played great big turnover at the goal line killed any Bears momentum. Offense was pretty good Studsrud threw the ball really good no picks and no ugly passes. Olivera had a great game running the ball. I think the downside to the game was shotty officiating. Missed a PI in the corner of the end zone in the third quarter in front of my section, a missed facemask too. Special teams needs work. Missed FG, muffed punt and 2 kickoff out of bounds could have been a game changer if not for the defense. Great crowd, great result. Should be a great Hawk year.

Why are all the NCC banners gone? I was on the visitor side so I only noticed the backside of the Great West, Big Sky and one other banner (assuming it was the 2001 NC banner?)
