Funny how I saw people chanting Let's Go Sioux with Hawk shirts on, including my son. It's all good.

Sitting here in the Alerus, little hazy from the fireworks. I love the Hawkerchiefs. Lights are nice, and the sound system is good. Loved the intro!! As for the game, too bad for the holding call towards the end it ended maybe a long field goal chance. Defense is playing great especially that turnover. And this team scored over 40 on an FBS team? Here's hoping for 30 more minutes of shutting down their offense.

UND vs MSU is the game of the week.

The most I saw packed and the loudest at the Hyslop was the DII National Title game me and a buddy were towards the top and it was deafening.

If UND does get money, it would be nice to host a basketball tournament too, a regional one with SL/BSC/ and maybe a few others.

Seems like you try and upgrade as you build new, (Alerus, REA) but I believe basketball downgraded in seats compared to the Hyslop (not sure how many seats the Hyslop held). At least there are two other options for buildings if we need bigger venues for volleyball/basketball so I guess it is a nice problem to have.

Does the school get money for hosting a tournament?

Is the prices high on the legacy stuff compared to what it sold at prior to the nickname being retired? Also nothing wrong with buying both. I got enough Sioux gear to last me, but would still buy more.

I would rather they pack the betty to the rafters than have it at the REA or any other venue.

Yeah didn't look like the Bison brought a lot of people. Guess they didn't want to waste gas driving back after the case of whoop ass they ended up getting.
