The team went 7-4 (5-2 in conference play) and finished ranked #17....that UNI team.

Most of them are, only 5 teams are not in the BSC (hockey, swimming and baseball).

Besides SUU, UND beat #3 UNI when we were in DII. NDSU is not an NFL team we aren't a pee wee team both are DI fully scholarship teams. After the game on Sept 19, we can talk about how good your team is and how bad our team is. Of course if UND beats SU then we probably won't see you again until the next time the two teams match up.

Maybe its because they were a founding member of C-USA but UNCC's new stadium only holds 15,314 with a record crowd of 16,630. The smallest capacity in the FBS, even smaller than Idaho's Kibbie Dome (listed as 16,000). The smallest capacity stadium in a p5 conference is Wake Forest at 31,500 almost double of NDSU, for those Bison fans that think they are going to a p5 conference may want to look at that, plus the smallest in the Big 12 is TCU at 45,000. Can Fargo build a 45k stadium sure, will they...hell no. G5 conference maybe, P5 conference

So much for living safe, I love about 9 blocks from there. I think too much crime is happening to fast. It used to be a little crime here and there within months at a time now it seems something "big" happens everyday. Maybe things will settle down when school starts and winter begins.

I think when UND was about to break the streak in 93 all we heard was how many NC you guys won in the 80's and in 1990. Are we playing that card again Rory? You don't have the same team as last year, UND doesn't have the same team as last year as players leave/graduate...anything can happen. Since you love living in the past remember when Indiana State came to the dome and beat the Bison during their championship run...yeah anything can happen.

That is why I can't wait for the game then we can see an actual winner not just a winner on paper.

There is no way NDSU is going to a major conference like the Big 12. The only conference that would invite them now would be the Sun Belt.

I just hope living in a quiet neighborhood in the suburbs (I consider anything north of 19th ave N the burbs) is a good thing as most of the crime is spreading from downtown towards NDSU. I have lived in the same neighborhood since 2003 and the violent rate (assault and murder) is skyrocketing.
