Time to get some big wins against the top of the conference, get some playoff berths and make the rest of the BSC remember who we are. Like UND-FB-FN said "respect has to be earned", and Bubba started that road last year and hopefully this year we are well on the path of respect.

55,000 will be big to a small school like a UND but to p5 schools like a Michigan or UCLA it will be a drop in the bucket. I am sure those schools will be outraged.

At least that helps a little, but playing and practicing at 843 feet (Grand Forks) is still going to wear you down when heading west.

The dome will be rocking against South Dakota? We are talking about the Coyotes a team that hasn't won in Fargo in who knows when right? Also maybe being on ESPN is another reason to jack up the prices along with playing the reigning FCS Champion. With the recent success UND has had in DI "not much of a draw" is no surprise to any UND fan. We aren't a "hot" ticket except in Fargo.

Hard to tell if they would be competitive, the Sun Belt (the only conference you guys would be invited to) is a lot more traveling than a short drive around the MVFC and those pesky time zones you would be playing in all but the Pacific. Picture it as the BSC at the FBS level for traveling. You could be the next Georgia Southern (or Boise State) then again you could be the next Idaho.

C'mon BV is foaming at the mouth to become the next Boise State seeing how easy they have risen to the top so quickly in the FCS beating FBS powerhouses of Minnesota and Kansas that the FBS would be a breeze I mean you guys love those Massey ratings that show the Bison towering over the bottom feeders of the G5. So what's stopping you guys from moving up?

If it's so easy why doesn't NDSU move up, what's holding them back? 4 NC, undefeated records, 19k dome, sign them up for the Sun Belch with Idaho.

Even if some chance UND gets into the same conference as NDSU they still won't use it, PC won't allow it.

It is a buffalo nickel but the PC'ers would have a sh*t fit about it and blame UND for continuing to use it.
