Absolutely wrong. Please be a little more knowledgeable about the situation before you post crap like this. FSN, Root and NESN are regional networks carried nationally on Directv and Dish. FCS is a national network. Games on regional networks, like Midco, can be carried nationally if the channel itself is carried nationally. Any game on any of these regional networks does not violate the exclusivity clause like FCS does.

Saturdays are generally reserved for football. It's the same thing the Big Ten teams are dealing with. UND didn't have a choice of having all games on FCS. Every home game will be televised and four road games will be televised.

It actually went up from 2011 to 2012.

Who was bad at negotiating? UND? UND wasn't negotiating with CBSSN, the NCHC was. From the NCHC and 7 of the 8 schools, this is an incredible contract. The league wanted a national network. CBSSN made it a condition that they were the only entity to broadcast the games nationally. The league decided getting exposure to the entire league was more important than just keeping exposure for UND. That's how a league operates. It looks out for the best interests of the league and at times, like this, a specific team may have to settle. Just because UND was a founding member of the conference does not mean UND gets more say in matters. Just because of the hockey history of UND, the school does not get more say. It's a conference not a dictatorship. With the HD feed, Neulion will have to up the amount of resources for the stream. Although, I've never had any issues with accessing any of the streams or with buffering issues. Yes, it was crappy SD but that will change this year.

Phase 3 is probably some crappy attached outdoor football stadium with retractable roof.
-
And they still don't have a QB who can win a game. The QB's job in Fargo is to not lose and he came dang close to doing just that several games this year.

As long as he continues to commit crimes in the GF/Fargo area, he deserves to be called a former UND player. It's a shame that he broke the law. It's good he got caught and he deserves any punishment coming. Hopefullly, he learns and gets his act together. There's a whole lot more life to live for most 23-year-olds.

Those five recruits are a combined 9-19 vs UND while at UNO.
-
Agreed! That's a definite must

I believe they are almost as good as ticket sales. Probably much better. I'm guessing UND will average close to 10,000 ticket sales per game or 14.8 ticket sells.

I think this is a great, perfect, and outstanding opportunity to get a hockey guy in as commish. The ougoing guy was great at running sports but hockey is different, as many people can attest. I'm excited... disappointed with certain moves, but excited that this is happening prior to the season starting and not mid-season. There is still time to commit changes. Fortunately, those working under the commish have been working hard, specifically and somewhat surprisingly Don Adam in his role as superviser of officials. I'm excited about the on-ice performance of both the teams and the officials. The rest of the stuff can grow over the first full year of play.

Buy. I think they will be in the 20-25 range with 7 wins. Buy or Sell: Starting QB rushes for 300 yards in the regular season?

You just said he's a freaking loser for attacking someone's dad. Regardless of any potential truth to your post about SiouxTupa's dad... you still attacked him. And you didn't say he was a nice guy until several posts later. If SiouxVolley comes back in a couple days and says your dad was a good guy, are you suddenly less offended by his original post? Talk about hypocrite, but that's nothing new from you.

Because the only two options are playing Crookston or Oregon...

Kind of makes one go "I'm excited to have a former AHL defensive coach coaching UNDs defense instead of an offense focused USHL coach.

What conference will the other Dakotas be in 2015?

But it's not 19,000. Don't you know NDSU fans like to compare every accomplishment of theirs since the end of their transition to UNDs first year? -
The coaches obviously feel that he is worth bringing in so I'm inclined to believe that he will help the team in some way.
-
So does he have two years left?
-
Not a bad idea. CC hosted in St Louis I believe. Lets see UND host in Vegas. Or host in Seattle's soon to be NHL arena. Get them some college games
-
It will put more emphasis on guard play. A lot of lower level teams don't have the guards to bring the ball up the court in ten seconds if there is consistent pressure. Lots of games could be done early if one team presses throughout the first ten minutes.

At this point, with all of the instability of the Summit a move from a stable conference to one that's losing members is not a good idea. Maybe if the Summit gets stable but why bail on a good thing for something that might not be around in a year or two. Every school in the Summit would leave immediately if a bid to the Horizon league came. Why would UND even think about getting involved in a situation like that? -
True, that would be like going from this: to this: Oh wait, that happened? It's amazing what playing time will do to someone making a decision.
-
I believe that Molberg and Bartels are ahead of schedule and are going to do well. However, when you have the chance to pick up a QB of this caliber to throw to the receivers that we have... it might not be a bad idea to take a look: http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/wes-lunt-transfer-oklahoma-state-152701066.html#more-29067

It would be nice if UNO bid for the MidWest and DU or Air Force bid for the West. Would Air Force be able to host it at the World Arena in Colorado Springs? It's an off-campus arena however it's the home arena for CC.
