I've always purchased my DU tickets on Stubhub.com. I like the seats on the glass and can usually get someone's season tickets for $40 each. Price tends to drop as the games get closer, obviously.

Lies! I got my picture taken with him! Actually, yeah it was an impersonator, but he looks pretty legit.

Until you hear something different, the only UND home games that will be on Directv or Dish are the ones aired on CBSSN.

In my dream world, the best QB takes the reigns regardless of who they are or where they're from. And why wait four years to take down the scream yellow team?

So your reading comprehension is as good as your counting? Got it
-
Why did you delete the correction to 4-6? It showcases your excellent counting abilities. I can see how you get 5,000 if you count like that.
-
UND had at least 4,000 people at every regular season road game last year. They had 9,000 at both games in Omaha, 5,000 for both games in Denver and 7,000 for both games at Colorado College. See, I too can make up artificial numbers that can't be proven or disproven either way.

Now you want to compare quality of victories and not just record to determine how good a team is? In 2006 the Gophers finished 5-7 versus teams in their division, FBS. You called them average. Last year, UND finished 4-5 versus teams in their division, FCS. You called them bad. I'm not surprised you overvalue the quality of NDSU's close loss to the Gophers but try and be a little consistent.
-
I'm glad you agree UND's 2011 squad (8-3) was better than NDSU's 2010 team (9-5) which held Kansas to 3 points and beat Montana State in the playoffs.
-
I agree Central Michigan is probably the best team NDSU has beat to date. However, that Gophers team was not "average." In 2006 Minnesota finished 6-7. Ohhh!! Bowl eligible, yay!! But only 3-5 in the Big Ten. They beat up on a lot of bad teams: 6-6 Kent State (5-3 MAC) 1-11 Temple (Independent) 5-7 Indiana (3-5 Big Ten) 4-8 Michigan State (1-7 Big Ten) 6-7 Iowa (2-6 Big Ten) The only team with a winning record they beat was NDSU.

I've heard MidcoSN is doing every football home game, although don't quote me on that. As for FCS carrying non-hockey sports, that's a great job by Faison to continue a part of a contract that was only added because of the popularity of hockey. As for non-conference games, I'm not sure what the options are for a national broadcast for UND. I don't know if the CBSSN contract includes all home games at an NCHC school or just conference ones.

Blackout rules don't exist for any college programs in any sport.

I don't know why I keep coming back in to read this thread. Repeatedly hitting myself in the head with a hammer would be less painful and I don't think I could get any dumber since reading this thread has sucked out any knowledge I had.

I think thousands of video boards mounted to the inside of the roof in which they can be coded to have a nice bright sun or overcast skies or a tornado. Whatever they want! Use it to the team's advantage to have certain moods when UND or the opponent is on the field.

Fido is a youngin compared to Siouxman My freshman year was the last year in the Old Ralph... So many great memories. My first Sioux/Gophers series was in December and I was there in line at 8 am both days. I missed the next month of school because I got mono that weekend but it was totally worth it.

The NHL fined them one first round draft pick for trying to circumvent the CBA.

Here are two pictures of the jerseys:

What excuse did I give? It's more of a warning that you can't have crappy Internet and a crappy computer and expect a full HD stream without any issues.
-
This is one of the main reasons why I'm not freaking out as much as everyone else about the TV deal. I've watched games on the web and I have had zero issues. I understand they're feeding us SD and that it's not going to look as good as the FCS channel. However, I also know that even at SD (gonna get technical here... up to 3mbps) still takes up some internet resources. I upgrade my internet quality when I know I'm going to be streaming. I also run a 50 foot cable from my wireless router directly to my computer when I'm streaming because the wireless can be spotty. I purchased the NHL Gamecenter Live feed this year and there were a lot of games in SD. At times, they looked worse than UND's feed, at times they looked better. However, with the games in HD (3mbps and up) I definitely had to have my computer directly plugged in to the router or the feed would default to lower quality because it couldn't handle the HD. I'm trusting UND will do their part in making sure the resources are available to handle the expected increase in bandwidth because of the HD feed and the higher number of viewers. I just hope those viewers also do their part and upgrade their systems (not always just a faster/newer computer) to be able to handle that HD feed before they start whining about not being able to get HD with the bare minimum internet package running wirelessly to their laptop that was built in 2005.

People who live in the northwest who aren't able to make it to a lot of road games. There are a lot of Sioux fans in Oregon and Washington who were very excited when it was announced UND was likely to play in BC.
-
It looks like Midco does carry it on the Sports and Variety package and in HD on the same HD package. Comcast also carries it on their sports tier.
-
Yes, they will be using the same truck as hockey.
-
NBCSN won't be able to pick up any UNO games. Don't envy their situation. UND still has the best TV deal in the league and that's without counting their 6 games on CBSSN.
-
Clearly life is over now that you may not be able to watch two home games this year.
-
It's NOT UNDs choice.
