BC beats Maine 6-4. Win tonight and we probably go out East with BC as #1. (cough) Lose (cough) and we probably go to the X with WI as the #1.

We've let in a couple bad goals tonight.

UND dominated the last 15 minutes of the 1st. Lasch didn't look real stable after Malone lit him up!

So really we would be better off losing if BC wins...that would drop us to 6th and we'd go to the X as a #2 with WI as the #1 seed???

If BC wins looks like we are a #2 seed even if we win. Lose and we drop to 6th in pairwise. Still a 2nd seed and probably in West regional with WI?? I think UND wins tonight...4-2. As far as BC...don't think it matters as far as where we are sent for the NCAA regional. I unfortunately see UND getting sent east come tomorrow AM, especially if BC wins.

That's my question as well for those more in the know. Any chance at all? Also, leave it to college hockey and NCAA to go strictly by the #s for their seeding process! IF UND wins tonight, that's 12 of 13. Hottest team in the country but that's not taken into consideration? Even if UND gets a #2 seed based on the numbers, you would like to think that because of their recent play there might be some reward like sending them to the X?? But that would require some logic and rational thinking! But if you host a site, i.e. WI a couple years back, everyone else kind of gets hosed by being placed in that location. If attendance is something the "committee" looks at, why is that criteria so selective from year to year???

Actually I have received a couple inquiries from SS posters how I did on that hole specifically.

Geeeeeez, you guys are worse than my kids! 1) how many "shots" I took me to hit green. 2) how close was my ball to the cup when the ball eventually landed on the green. 3) final score for the 17th hole afer I putted out.
