The coaching gap between Bohl and Muss is substantial...and so are their teams. This isn't a coincidence!
-
Don't know what else you would call it?? Again 4th & 11 in man to man coverage and you are the next best thing to Revis...make a play and games over.
-
Jensen's stats...9 of 19 for 76 yards and ran for 58 w over half of those on last drive. He basically had 100 total yards to until the 6 minute mark in the 4th...but he found a way to win the game.
-
Nice to see a lopsided score for a change. 3rd and 4th lines got plenty of work especially in the 3rd. Our main guns should have legs tonight. Fast fact...UND is undefeated this season when Rodwell scores! Zane will get the call tonight IMO and tonight's game will will be a one goal contest...thinking UND scores late to win it.
-
Jensen is grossly overrated as a QB...he makes horrible reads, locks in on WRs and throws the ball like Marcus and Joey from our '11 season, but he is underrated as a football player. When it's all said and done, his title will be "winner". On a side note, how does your All-American, NFL prospect, best player on the field Marcus Williams get burned on a deep sideline pass on 4 and 11 with a couple minutes left to give GSU an opportunity to even have a chance to tie the game?? IMO that play was worse than the roughing the punter call.
-
Got make GSU QB pitch it. They haven't gotten anything off dive or pitch.
-
Glad to see Jim gets shot at atonement. Panz needs to play but something has to be up w Mattson injury wise. Gleason was the one I thought would sit especially on small ice.
-
In Dave we trust!!
-
Sweep would be ideal. 3 points would be respectable but for some reason I smell a split. What do I know though...I'm not Dave Berger!!!
-
See the SF 49ers QB situation...Wentz can do things that Jensen can't is the word on the street.
-
Fixed your post. This game will fall squarely on Jensen IMO. I don't think he has to win it, he just can't lose it. Another pick 6 without making any plays of significance in the passing game won't be good for FU. But this D is so good with it's front 7 I don't see GSU doing a whole lot more offensively than last year.

Have sat lower bowl and club. Went w club this year. Better there when I bring my daughter(s). Less drunken obnoxious Sioux hating fans to spew crap at your kid(s).
-
Ticket packages for the 5 games went on sale today at 10am. Ticketmaster is a joke...took way longer than it should of to book my seats.
-
As for the last sentence well played!!!
-
He is a good fit w Rodwell and the General. Other than the CFB he was very solid.
-
Gleason turned it over early. I like Panz. He keeps it simple and brings it physically. IMO that steadied our D last night. I've been a huge Gleason fan but he makes one oor play a game that costs the team dearly.
-
That's what I said when they lost to VCSU a few years ago...haven't followed them much since and from today's pathetic effort and performance won't be following them again any time soon.
-
Would it be a stretch to say FU's D is a top 40 squad nationally? Think about them w a healthy Heagle!!! Yikes. Lots of mediocre Ds in big conference's lower teams.
-
Not disagreeing but winning due to your D covers up at best average QB play as well.
-
One can see how Rocco is a true center with play below the redline and playmaking ability.
-
Heard from some really close to the FU program he is the real deal and he is better than Brock but can't play him when Brock has a Natty and probably on way to a 2nd despite his continued pedestrian play.
-
I believe tournament package tickets go on sale tomorrow 12/10.
-
Read that FU LB Olson set a FU record for 29 tackles in a single game yesterday. That is absolutely amazing...especially when you take into account UND's entire LB core didn't reach that total until week 4!
-
And that's why they are FU fans...blinded by winning. He has accounted for about a 1/4 of all the points given up by his own team all season!!! Make no mistake, his success is a by product of that defense not his individual play.
-
CFB on Jim was good call...dumb play on his part. Missed the CFB on Kristo late in 3rd and then missed one on Easy Mac as he was heading to bench on line change shortly after that. Hunt and Shep were absolutely brutal last night...but what's new. Panz was really solid...2 big checks on his first shift. He keeps in simple and isn't flashy but he brings some physical play in our D end. I hope he stays in the lineup. Gleason makes way too many miscues on the NFL ice...his turnover lead to Du's first goal. He is way better suited for the big ice with his speed. Rowney played like Rowney last night. Kristo was his usual self last night...one of the 3 best players on the ice. If this is the Rocco UND gets the rest of the year, watch out. He was absolutely amazing last night in every phase of his game.
