    This...^^^ Hak seemed to have a "system" of dump and chase and that rarely seemed to deviate even with the high end talent he was able to bring over the years. Not all his teams were the same talent wise but they played the same "system". You can't argue with Hak's results though...minus his F4 record.

    Took 45+ days for BF to sort thru things and hire Bubba but 45 minutes to pull the trigger on Berry. Yup........makes perfect sense.

    Berry is the easy hire for continuity and smooth transition. Eades...Sandy then Berry are my choices.

    "locally-tied" has zero to do exclusively with Grand Forks within the criteria despite the thoughts of many around here. I'm only 5'8" and myopic..........could explain me missing all the eagles flying around the F-M area.

    Don't even know where to begin but what does Grand Forks have to do with any of this other than UND resides there??? The ND in UND is for North Dakota...not Grand Forks. "other than RRHS"........you run into lots of Knights in GF? Davies is the Eagles..........haven't seen one flying around Fargo in 18+ years. North has the Spartans............never seen one in Fargo with the exception of maybe Halloween. There really needs to be some understanding that UND and the community of Grand Forks are NOT the same thing by lots of people.

BTW.........looks like one guy...one...sat behind his computer and pounded out this article and list (whether you like it or not) with some sensible reasoning in probably an hour...2 at the most. UND has a committee, a consultant, and dare I say.......Kelley. Hail the one guy behind a computer!
