Thanks for the recap PCM!! Great show! Everyone seems all fired up, let's hope that the team plays that way.

Agreed. Congrats to Briggs for giving up only one goal all weekend, but Maine and Cornell aren't exactly known for their offensive prowess. I still see a close game taking place, because there is too much on the line for one of the teams not to show up. Go Sioux! April 7th will not get here soon enough...
-
Exactly. I think that the Sioux are the hotter team right now, but anything is possible in a Sioux/Gopher game.
-
Jack Parker, coach of BU: Oops.
-
I am seeing a DU/UND final game happening for some reason. Both teams are playing so well right now. Sweet revenge for the Bina hit would be denying them the back-to-back by beating them for the National Title.
-
Sure contradicts what Lucia said after the 3rd place game....
-
That was in this article. Speedy recovery to Brady, and I hope you are 100% healthy for your junior year!!
-
Agreed. And excellent post PCM.
-
According to this article, it says that he is still day-to-day:
-
I like the team's attitude as well. No mention of Prpich's injury, can we assume that he is playing then??
-
Yeah, definitely a nice guy.
-
Yes, I'm sure most of us were. But then he got injured a few times, and that tends to lower the point totals. I agree with skateshattrick, if he remains healthy next year following his surgery, he will be doing great.
-
My bad. I thought that only even-strength goals counted, didn't realize that SH goals counted as well.
-
All the players get +1 if they are on the ice when their team scores. All the players get -1 if they are on the ice when the opposing team scores. PP goals and SH goals do not count in the +/- stat.
-
What do you think the lines would be should Prpich play? I see the top two lines remaining the same. Leave the 3rd line intact, but move them to 4th in the line chart. New 3rd line of Prpich-Fylling-?
-
I disagree. The Sioux have been winning games all season with Brady out of the lineup, they can continue to do it. Having him in the lineup would be a huge boost, but they can still win without him. I wouldn't classify this as a "soph slump." It would have been easier for him to break out in points if he wouldn't have missed 16 games along the way. I don't think anyone was thinking he would match last years output, especially when both of his linemates went pro. I look for him to have a big junior year. Hopefully he can remain healthy and this isn't a reoccuring problem with his shoulder.

I went to tvguide.com. Go to the listings grid, then select your city and cable provider. Or you can just do a search for "college hockey" and all of those games will come up. That might be easier.

The schedule that is listed on line: Friday, 25 3:30 PM College Hockey:NCAA East Regional 51 FSN (BC/Mercyhurst) Friday, 25 7:00 PM College Hockey:NCAA East Regional 51 FSN (BU/UND) Saturday, 26 11:00 AM College Hockey:NCAA Northeast Regional 51 FSN (DU/BSU) Saturday, 26 1:30 PM College Hockey:NCAA West Regional 51 FSN (Minn/Maine) Saturday, 26 4:00 PM College Hockey:NCAA Midwest Regional final 51 FSN Saturday, 26 7:00 PM College Hockey:NCAA East Regional final 51 FSN Sunday, 27 11:00 AM College Hockey:NCAA Northeast Regional final 51 FSN Sunday, 27 11:00 PM College Hockey:NCAA West Regional Final 51 FSN Looks like a good weekend of hockey being televised.

Sioux got a really tough bracket. Having to play two Boston schools in Mass to get to the Frozen Four is a tough feat, but I feel that the Sioux are playing well enough to do it. BU hasn't been playing as well their last few games, and like diggler said, BC is missing their top 3 players. I feel that Denver has the easiest path to the Frozen Four, it would take a big upset for them not to make it. Minnie also got a tough bracket. Go Sioux against BU!!
-
Get well soon Robbie. Hope to see you in Sioux green again next season!!
-
I think that the future looks bright for the Sioux next season with the play of Spirko and Zajac, tied for the team lead in goals with 15. They both play excellent two-way hockey as well. As long as next year's team can get decent defensive play out of the frosh dmen, I like the look of next year's Sioux.
