What a letdown weekend after last weekend's great result against SCSU. Disappointing.

Wow is this team going to get lit up by BC next week. This is a pretty bad weekend against a poor MSU team.

How the heck does BSU lose to previously winless Princeton? Ouch. I guess about the same as MSU beating UND. And former UND player Wade Murphy scored his 2nd of the season for ASU against RPI.

The ladies team sure does know how to get up for big games and then just lay horrible eggs against poor teams. Very weird.

Doesn't look like he quite has his dad's skillset. Last year with the Lancers in the USHL he had 6 goals and 14 points in 57 games as a 19 year old.

No doubt. You're looking at the potential WCHA champs right there. And if they keep having a good year, that sweep will be big for UND's PWR.

I'm not clinging to what happened last year (other than the sweet Natty) and I don't dislike the B10. I merely stated that the combined OOC records since 13/14 may be more relevant that the 1.5 month span of this season for determining "strength" of league. And I agree that the sample size since 13/14 is small, but it's certainly a much larger sample size than just this year. Regardless, I was just curious...not looking to downplay what either league has done so far this year. Penn State has certainly started strong and looks to potentially challenge for the title this year.

Only thing I worry about with SCSU is that they usually have a very good PP. And UND has shown a tendency in this early season to struggle on the PK. That has me worried for next weekend.
