Yeah time to do some swapping. Even though they only managed a tie against Mankato, they looked a heck of a lot better than this. Plus, Mankato will end up being a top-end team this year...it's early, but I doubt the same can be said about BSU.

I wouldn't be surprised if Penn State puts up some huge numbers this year and has an excellent record, but then gets bounced right away from the NCAA's. Their OOC schedule is insanely weak... 2x against Sacred Heart, 2x against Alaska, 2x against Robert Morris, 2x against Niagara, 1x against Merrimack, and 1x against Lowell. I wouldn't be shocked if they went undefeated against that competition or at the very least 9-1 with Lowell being their only decent OOC opponent.

Last year we split with them at home. From my limited viewing this year, we appear to be better than last year...even better defense and improved scoring...hopefully improved special teams. If we at least split on the road, that'd be huge in PWR, as Mankato will have a strong season this year.

Need Tychonick in the lineup each night as well.

He was the extra forward tonight against Merrimack but didn't register a shot or point. He did, however, take 2 penalties.
