You have to pick a player different than your first pick.

Impressive comeback for Clarkson. They were down 3-1 and 4-2 this game. Three straight goals.

Homecoming for a few familiar names this weekend. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/st-thomas-coming-to-town-with-deep-und-ties

1-1 WMU and Ferris tied in early 2nd. Hobie vs Hampton in nets. UNH and MSU tied at 2 halfway thru the 2nd.

He had 14 in 40 games last season. Now he has 5 in 3 so far this year. He just needed to play with the greatest college hockey player ever to really bring out his ability.
-
Wiebusch hatty, he’s started the season really strongly. McKenna 2 apples.
-
Some interesting Thursday matchups tomorrow. Clarkson vs PSU...we play Clarkson in a couple weeks UNH vs MSU Ferris vs WMU BC vs UMN
-
Last update I heard was around Christmas time. So he’s got a couple more months…he’ll miss about half the season more than likely.
-
He wants to stay at UND and have his name up on the list of NHL alums. Oh wait... Would love to see UND beat BU in the regional finals this year and end both Boisvert and OMac's college careers.

New app to text former and current UND players, launched by Jasper Weatherby. Interesting. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/new-app-allows-fans-to-communicate-with-und-hockey-players?fbclid=IwY2xjawNSKUhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHhMHigVdVsk_iVinB2DivwYbzECb65G3wB6deStt6-V_wc8Uc5yu6lEqATD8_aem_Y81AAAeADAqGSK6EBneaAw -

Big non-conference series this weekend...Fri at home and Sun at the Xcel. UND looked good against Manitoba. But hard to gauge too much in those exhibition games. STU beat SCSU in their lone game this past weekend in a back and forth game. Should be a good early season test. Need to get off on the right foot in these OOC games, as it doesn't get any easier with series against UMN and at Clarkson coming up.

Schloss article on the exhibition win and Swanson: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/mac-swanson-shows-signs-of-an-imminent-breakout-in-unds-exhibition-win
-
Yeah, they'll pile up the stats in their four game stint against LIU and Stonehill. Stonehill? Geez. Will be similar to the Michigan/Mercyhurst games from this weekend.
-
Not as good of a night for NCHC OOC play. Losses from ASU, CC, SCSU Win from Miami Duluth game against UAA hasn't started yet.
-
Yeah kept checking for blood on an elbow that didn't come within 1ft of his head.
-
2 for elbow 2 for embellishment
-
And Tech outshot UMN 33-13 for the game. Dang.
-
NOICE!!
-
Wow that was a horrible 5x3 PP. Didn't get a single great look. And only took like 2 shots.
-
Assuming that UMN will be getting a late PP at some point, being at home and all?
