  1. Same. Team didn’t look the part for the first 40min.
  2. Damn. This team is so crazy in the 3rd.
  3. Guest speaker?
  4. This one isn't feeling like a comeback type of game like last Sat against Miami. You could feel the boys taking that one over. This one...not so much.
  5. Bad game for UND thus far, but that seems a bit premature.
  6. If the goal was to score more 5x5 goals, then it's working. Team defense be damned.
  7. Not a good period at all, could be worse than tied. Tighten up the defense.
  8. Burnevik isn't gonna miss many from 8 ft in front of the goalie with no one around him.
  9. Shitstack isn't stopping that one.
  10. And then Klee is still out too. Dang. I think most assumed Young was a strictly extra forward depth add, but he sure has played well lately...hard to take him out of the lineup at this point too.
  11. A game with Duluth? Diving? I am shocked. Shocked, I tell you!
  12. Yeah Jax was none too pleased after the 2nd intermission of the Sat Miami game. Boys responded nicely.
  13. Gino sitting and Zak immediately up on the 1st line! Damn. Klee still out.

  17. Carels is such a smooth quick skater. Nice vision on his backhand here too for the goal. Williams also has a nice assist as well in the WHL Prospects game.
  18. Maybe we'll see Zakreski this weekend? And maybe a bit of line shuffling to try to get more 5x5 goals. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/josh-zakreski-could-return-this-weekend-for-und

  20. Right? Can't believe it's already senior night weekend. Regardless of what happens the rest of this season...it has really been a fun, fun season of UND hockey to watch. Just a crazy turnaround this year, Dane really brought Sioux hockey back and it's been a blast to see it happen on the ice. For seniors, we've been fortunate to get to see James and Strinden for four years in the green&white. And both of them have really stepped it up this year...career years already...both of them already surpassing their career highs in goals & points. We'll miss those boys next year.
  21. From what I've heard Carels is already in the "silent commit" column. I'm hoping @beastandco is talking about a blue chippah CHL forward, because I think we're already gonna be good on D for next year.
  22. Pretty decent drop off in points after their first three of Gross, Burnevik, and Hall. Gross has really exploded this year after two good seasons at SCSU. Wouldn't be surprised to see him sign as a free agent after the season, strike while the iron is hot. Burnevik has the really good shot. I remember Thoreson is their punk...he'll be the one agitating and trying to draw penalties. Hopefully the boys can take care of business.
  23. Overhead view of the Wiebe GWG in OT:
  24. Pretty impressive stats from the Sat night game.
