  1. How good has Jandric been this season? Still leads the team in points (I think I heard that he was leading the nation in points by a dman?)...he'll pass his point total soon from last season. Definitely a nice progression.
  2. Crazy that they have a combined one point.
  3. https://www.collegehockeynews.com/box/final/20221104/mic/psu/ PSU outshot UM 49-17?!?
  4. Maybe PSU is for real this year. That's a pretty impressive win considering their other wins have been of the cupcake variety.
  5. That 2nd period refused to end. 3-1 UND after 2
  6. 4x4 for 5min. Ha!
  7. 1. That was a heck of an embellishment. Duluth would be proud. 2. Nice save on the 2-on-0 UNO chance by DeRidder.
  8. Could've used some of those last weekend.
  9. Penalty under review?
  10. Less than a minute left in 1st too
  11. NICE PASSING! 1-0
  12. Agreed. James in the doghouse already.
  13. We heard that exact same line about ASU before last weekend. And then it was ASU that scored multiple PP goals after some lazy UND penalties.
  14. Nothing is easy in NCHC. I hope we win, but I’m worried if the team that played ASU is still lingering.
  15. Bold pick right there!
  16. We still have enough forwards to complete four full lines...just won't have an extra forward to dress in case of further injuries.
  17. I wouldn't say that Hellsten has played poorly at all...DeRidder has just earned himself being the starter with how well he played in the UMN series.
  18. I'm not seeing it...when is the last time UND went bonkers and embarrassed an opponent?
  19. That would be my guess as well, but I like your 3rd line where you put him in Hain's place with Sendo/Jammer. I think he'd fit in well with those 2 and might take some of the "scoring pressure" off him if he's not on one of the top 2 lines.
  20. Five players didn't make the trip to UNO due to injuries, including Gavin Hain...that was unexpected. Ouch. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/und-to-start-nchc-play-minus-five-players-due-to-injuries
  21. Despite not looking the best this season (swept by Niagara??), UNO always plays UND tough, especially at home. I feel that they get up for the UND series in the same way that UND gets up to play UMN. I'd say this series has split written all over it. One game where UND looks good, generates chances, and plays well. The other game UND will look like the Sat QU game or ASU game.
