Great weekend for UND football. Who would of thought we would be 4 and 1 and would of beaten an FBS school and have beaten the 16th ranked team in the country. My curiosity got the best of me. I went and checked out Bisonville. Much to my surprise they haven't even mentioned UND. Normally they always talk about us. Wonder why they stopped talking about us now. Interesting.

We will be ranked!!!!!! Count on it.

Does anyone else have Big Sky TV working?

Do you think a high percentage of the students will vote when only a small percentage of them usually go to the games on a regular basis?

Bubba had his UND hat on too. I didn't realize there was anything wrong with wearing your school hat during a post game press conference . I see it done all the time.

Actually NDSU is D1 because they got tired of UND kicking their butt for many years and wanted to separate themselves from that.

I forgot about the game tonight. It sounded exciting. Can we pull up a replay of it on Ever Sport?

Not able to go to the volleyball game tonight. ( Can you watch games on demand like we did last year? (after it has already been played)

Pat will get better and he will. He needs to remember to tell everyone what down it is, how many yards to go and that is first and foremost.

If I remember right, didn't Stockwell have an offer from the team to the south too? He is a beast.

1 win and no losses with the win on the road over an FBS team will get us ranked. We will see.

We at least have the attention of the bison fans. That is a start.

Southern Utah had Utah State run back a punt for a touchdown at the end of the game or we would have 3 FBS wins this weekend. This conference is going to be very tough.

Kansas's play calling at the end of the game remnded me of Bison play calling at the end of the Montana game last week.

It seems like I have been hearing constantly the last few years how the Missouri Conference is the conference that plays defense. It has been said repeatedly that the Big Sky doesn't play defense anywhere near like the MVFC. The Bison had to of gave up some where between 500 and 600 yards today. Does anyone see any humor here to have fun with? In fairness to the teams that played today, we might have a hard time staying with either team . It would of been nice to have one of them at the Alerus this year.

Montana needs to be a little smarter. Not the right time.

The Missouri Valley defense looks a like the Big Sky defense.Score is 21 to 21.

It was mentioned that there still might be some late additions to the squad. Punter would be one addition they said. Since the coaches have had a glimpse of the present players in Fall camp for a few days, does anybody know what positions they might be looking at?

What is the story with Mav Edmunds no longer being with the team?

NDSU might of lost some guys on defense but they will reload and will probably have the best defense we will face this year. The big question mark is whether will be able to move the ball to any degree in a very hostile environment. If we can't move the ball it is going to be a very long day. Even though most of us think our defense is going to be our strength, NDSU's offense is will be very good and will be tough to contain. Our offense will need to be a lot better than last year.

If these early commits are athletes that have been in our camps this is really exciting news. These coaches have been around long enough to know what it takes and wouldn't commit to these players if it wasn't kids they wanted. I think this coaching staff and the new facilities are going to make a big difference. It might not all turn around this year but I think next year we will be in the playoff hunt. Getting quality players willing to commit early is going to do nothing but help land a lot of great recruits to finish this class off over the next year. When recruits see other god players signing on, I think it makes them feel like UND might just have a great future and want to come here too. Thrilling news.

Why are bison fans so concerned? Time will tell.

I am not sure if leaving the name as just North Dakota is exactly helping us in feeling distinctive and different when the school to the south is named North Dakota State University. Their is already enough confusion between the 2 schools. We need our own identity.
