I have a hunch that teammakers gets less money this year. With the team laying an egg in Frisco some fans are off the bandwagon. I also would think their fans would be tired of not moving up and would walk away. The only games that draw well at the Fargodome are UND and SDSU.

Murry State should be considered a guaranteed win. If it isn't, then this program isn't progressing. I expect Murry to be a perennial bottom feeder.

Anyone else feel totally lost tonight? Saturday night and no UND hockey. I think I'm first realizing the season is over for the year. It sure bothers me a lot more tonight than it did last night. I think it's going to be a long off season until football. Sucks.

I'm happy to see we stepped away from that type of hire here. Mr. Kirkwood looks like a solid coach and it's new blood.

But you also need to consider what every time that's had Wentz had to give up in order to get him. Some teams, especially Philly mortgaged the farm.

Flag Football?

Well no one has started a thread about how the other NFL busts are taking multiple cities by storm so it's hard to call out the rest of them. So it looks like those of us who figured out what Wentz is will just have to be regarded as haters by the jock sniffers.

You don't see me complaining about Trey Lance or any of the other numerous Bison players in the NFL do you? In fact I'm happy to see guys like Watson and Volson making it big.

That's exactly right. I don't care that he's an NDSU guy, but I do care that he's totally overrated. As to him having a SB ring, yes, but he got it standing on the sidelines. Wentz never played in the playoffs that year. I have said this before, it was the Bison that made Wentz look good and not the other way around.

Wentz by far. I'm guessing Lance gets a chance to make good this year and will probably succeed. Wentz has had every chance and failed everywhere he went. I really wonder if any other team will take a chance on him after his track record.

I heard he's on double secret probation.

I don't know what's stopping Bubba from hiring a totally new guy? Will he do that? Probably not, but he sure could if he wanted to. Replacing these two assistants is going to be very telling about the direction of the program for the next few years. New and an exciting change, or culturally inbred as before.

"Leaving to pursue other opportunities". So he's not even getting poached, just getting out. I'm not sure what to make of that
