Just got the COVID test. Symptoms not standard COVID symptoms but had exposure at work to person who tested positive so Dr wanted test done. They ran out of the long swabs so got a shorter one in the nose. Hope it's as effective as the std one.

I hope it works out well for him. I don't know how the transfer portal works but my assumption was that you wouldn't enter the transfer portal if you were thinking of leaving a year from now. He is also is touting a herbal tonic from Madagascar that is medically unproven as a treatment for COVID19. Previously his plan to was to pray the virus away.

Was in GF for a few days and went to EGF Hugo's last evening. Was interesting to see 90%+ of people in there wearing masks. It really didn't feel awkward or out of place to wear one since it was the norm in there. It was mentioned on here that they required or requested that people wear masks into the store. I haven't seen that anywhere else but am wondering if anyone knows if that is true.

Serious question - does CA have different orders and enforcement from MN? We are under stay at home order in MN but I've never seen so many people out walking on our neighborhood streets and on our trails. This has specifically been identified as being acceptable Mostly keeping distance from each other but 5-10% or so not honoring the 6 ft advisory.

I can help you here - the idea is to avoid crowded areas. You can be outside in the sun and not be at a crowded beach. Stay at home doesn't mean stay inside your home.

Based on watching him at the podium it was clear to me that he was being literal. If you watch BIrx when he was talking you can see that she was mortified and thought so too. Some good news here in MN. MN Gov address today states to allow businesses to open Monday that aren't public facing. State officials say 20,000 MN businesses could re-open under relaxing of restrictions. They must be "non-public facing". Walz: Relaxing some business restrictions means 80-100,000 MN workers may be able to go back to their jobs on Monday.
