From a financial standpoint aren't remote students the cash cow (guess technically that would be Moo U's term), they don't take up space, class size is easy to expand, they pay full tuition (most outstate probably).

I have to think that the NCAA has UND under strict guidelines and UND has to report how much "Legacy" merchandise they can produce and sell. As per the Chinese market it appears to me that UND has backed down on trying to monitor/restrict that - also it's virtually impossible to.

Unbalanced schedules in the Big Sky and MVFC create a pretender every year. UND consistently has a top 10 schedule, obviously based on playing the SUs every year. As has been discussed, ad nauseam, to break through we gotta beat at least one of the top 2 (now 3) every year.

The only games they attend (at least until halftime) are home games. We have a 90% home winning percentage.

Our students are a disappointment every year. They trash the tailgating lot, sit with their head down on their cell phones and most leave after half time. Truth hurts.

One of my hopes is that we cut down on opponents third down conversions. It was frustrating to know that stopping a third and long was 50/50 at best.

Dave Gunther built his career and became a UND legend by preaching "hustle and defense win". That's what I see Hutter bringing to this team.

We win YSU and IS (both defense fails against lesser teams) and we are fringe playoff. Like to think the coaching change would have happened anyway.
