  1. You need the latest Apple TV. If you have that then just search for it in the App Store. If you don't see an App Store, then you probably have an older Apple TV.
  2. Finally got the feed back. We'll see how many (few) minutes it lasts this time.
  3. This is far and away the worst experience I've had with NCHC.tv. First it was freezing every 3-5 minutes causing me to have to quit the stream and restart. Then it got to the point it would restart but it wouldn't be live, nor would it let me fast forward. Now it won't even let me restart it.
  4. I'm still having the Apple TV freeze and require me to leave the stream and come back it. It restarts every time but it's annoying
  5. I logged out of the NCHC.tv app on Apple TV, logged back in and now it seems to be doing better... so far...
  6. Feed keeps freezing on me on the Apple TV. Anyone else?
  7. That's not surprising. Only the latest version of the Apple TV actually supports the App Store and custom apps.
  8. Not all of the money is refunded. Some of it was spent on some travel and doing research on the teams applying to join. It's basically a school saying "Here's some money that you'll need to find out if we're a good fit for your conference".
  9. So what's with the massively inflated price for NCHC.tv this year? The "Early Bird" special this year is $95. Last year I bought the pass in November (so I assume that was full price) and it was only $90. My confirmation email says "NCHC Annual Pass" so I'm assuming that's not just the UND pass, but the whole NCHC.
  10. Has anybody been able to find anything for the NCHC.tv app on Apple TV? Its been mentioned a few times that it's going to be on AppleTV and Roku but I haven't seen any actual apps anywhere or any real information about it.
  11. I'm torn. I don't hate it, but I'm underwhelmed. It looks like it's more of a secondary logo than a primary logo.
  12. I think the other 70% is also made up of players who played in the NHL.
  13. If you like Coast to Coast AM, you should check out Darkness Radio. It's available as a podcast through iTunes or Google Play. Plus I think there's an Android app. But if you want to listen live, it's 9pm-midnight. http://www.darknessradio.com/
  14. Yea, conversation do go in tangents. But on a message forum, where you're in a thread that has a particular topic, it usually makes sense to bring the conversation back to that topic. When we're all here waiting for news on Schmaltz, or other people leaving, and I see the "Early Departures" thread pop up to the top, I don't think I'm out of line thinking that maybe there's some news on, I don't know, Early Departures. Instead I have to scroll through a conversation that there's already another thread for. Yes, I can scroll through it, but how do I know if I should scroll past it if I don't read it first? There's a reason we have different threads on a message board. And it sure doesn't help when the moderators are contributing to it.
  15. SIOUXELEVENS posted at the same time as you but I don't think he was referring to you. I think he was referring to stoney posting about his blog constantly in two different threads that don't have anything to do with what he's blogging about.
  16. Why am I seeing all sorts of soccer tweets on the social media page? Is it just me?
  17. Well, if you keep adding bowl games, then everybody gets to hang a participation banner. Nebraska, Minnesota and San Jose St. all played in bowl games last year while finishing 5-7. Some of those seven losses must have been some pretty high quality losses.
  18. Not only that, but didn't we play a handful of games with only 17 skaters dressed because of injuries?
  19. I think once there's a logo it'll be harder to avoid the new name. Right now it seems forced to say "Fighting Hawks" but when the jerseys all have a new logo, it's on the ice, it's around the arena, the transition will start happening.
  20. You mean a first rounder who back checks as hard as somebody who is playing for their job every night? Or a first rounder who lays out on the blue line to just barely hold the zone to keep the offensive pressure alive? (I can't remember what game this happened but I was blown away when I saw Boeser do this.) Those are the kinds of guys you want playing for you team. And those are the guys I'm so happy to watch play every week.
  21. That was Wolanin, and he wasn't even hitting the correct shoulder. But remember that led to a 4-on-4 with Anas also in the box, so clearly he did something to precipitate it.
  22. Much better looking stuff there than on SiouxShop.com. Thanks for the link.
  23. He probably lost his dealers phone number, so he's a bit on edge right now.
  24. Having the top line in college hockey didn't hurt, either.
