That sums it up! What is Haks record vs. BC and Yale in the NC$$ tourney?
-
Lots of mental lapses by Zane right now. This loss was not his fault, but he needs to be a little more focused. D was sloppy at times and the offense needs to bury their chances. All these things can be remedied in time. No need to panic, we are a strong hockey team with tons of upside!

How about The Victims?

What is the purpose of this topic? This looks like a piece right out of the Fargo Forum that target all the miilion dollar homes in the FM area. -
He is a stud! Sucks that he is not going to be wearing the green next year............

All I am saying is the coaching staff is 1-5 (lost 5 in a row) in the Frozen Four. Even the law of averages balances out over that period of time. Something is missing. We have had too much talent come through the program, not to get it done.

Not that I want to start the Fire Hak thread, but Dave and Co. have an atrocious 1-5 record in the Frozen Four. (Dean was 5-1 in the Frozen Four) I am not in favor of firing them for this, but at some point they need to figure things out. Our team had the most talent and should have won this thing. The comment prior to the Michigan game that sticks out in my mind was something like........we need to worry about ourselves more than anything. We will look into what Michigan does but need to be focused on our system more than anything. That said college hockey is a crazy sport. Who know's, we could win it next year with a younger, less talented team.

Nice Post Chewey! +1 I am curious to see what the next play from the anti's will be. Mr. Kelley most be in a lonely place right now. I wonder if he realized that when he crafted "Ignite the Spirit" that it would have a whole different meaning? It sure "Ignited" alot of alumni to support the nickname to the point we are right now. What will come first? A home playoff football game or the resignation of Kelley? My money would be on the football game!

+1. Could it be that Hak supports the SIOUX name? That is the rea-l reason loman does not like him!

Funny! I hope it is in sarcasm not in scapegoating! Endorse Sioux Preserve Nickname is awesome. In fine print FTNC$$.......... Should have a printing company make up thousands and distribute at the gates.

eBay is a safe option as well. I have used eBay for a lot of ticket purchases over the years and have had good success. Ebay is much safer than craigslist!!!
-
Nope......but we will be keeping a logo and nickname!!!

Henderson is one of my favorite past Sioux players.

Herein lies the problem........ Aren't the people of ND their overall employers? They have ignored them for far too long and now are being put back in their place. The backlash of all this will be severe as the SBOHE will be in for the fight of their existance in the near future. Worry about their jobs? If I were on the SBOHE I would be.

I know what you are getting at and I have been critical of Chay as much as anyone on the board (except for cbcsioux). But he was on the ice and it was his the rebound from Chays point shot that Frattin buried for the OT winner. Bottom line is Chay needs to be a little more conservative, especially when the Pony Boys are on the ice.

Seemed to work in 2OT last weekend?

Fixed your post!

Yes we do. As Common would put it, "RPI....dead! Denver..........dead! BC........dead! Yale......dead! That would be the ideal scenario, but I don't think Yale will get to the championship game. IMO the toughest bracket is in St. Louis. Any one of those teams could make it out of the region, but you would be crazy to bet against BC.

This will suck not having the Goofers to kick around anymore, but it won't be that big of a deal. We only played 4 games total against UM/UW this year, so it was a small part of our schedule. The strength of the WCHA will remain, especially with the addition of UNO. Dean will build the program to national contenders and with the strength of DU, CC, and other schools, the WCHA will keep having 4+ teams in the NCAA tourney. After a few years, the Gopher fans will scream to play us again!
