nope, that is why we are told that we must sit unless the puck is not in play or when "appropriate" except they never really mention what is appropriate, so technically we could stand the entire time and say that we deemed it to be appropriate.
-
thank you for the wonderful image. Both of them are quite lovely.
-
so who is making the popcorn for the next 30, almost 29 days until hockey! This is getting entertaining.
-
yeah, no one knows who we are, hence the name change to Student Alumni Association or SAA. We sponsor Homecoming events and used to do Shoot with the Sioux and Skate with the Sioux for those of you that don't know.
-
then we will take your jersey and sew Radke's name on to it. There you have a Radke jersey!

for redwing77. since he wanted it here

NO!

are you talking about last December when Tormey got hurt? cause if memory serves me correctly that was Blake Wheeler and not Ben Gordon. Just saying. either way, punky deserved what he got and he knew it was coming, so nope not feeling sorry for him.

Student Fees are now at $294.50. I don't want to say that the football team wouldn't win playoff games if the student section wasn't there but example for you.....Humboldt State. From the moment, they entered the game the sidelines were more interested in the student section then the game. The student section had them wrapped up in us the entire game. Quick Question, any of you know where the money that we pay for our seats at the Ralph goes for men's hockey? Last I heard, it goes to the Ralph and not the Athletic department or at least most of it does. Our ticket "price" for the rest of the sports comes from our fees.

um, you guys can keep giving me ideas if you would like and then I can relate them to everyone at the meetings. I don't want to push you completely out of the picture at all. So, it is really up to you if you would like to or not.
-
YAY! You got it right! We did switch our name tonight to the Student Alumni Association to avoid confusion but that is a different story. Everyone at the meeting seemed really excited about it and and about hopefully talking Sioux Crew into helping. We had the idea of getting t-shirts with businesses donated money or whatever to help get them and then maybe doing what other people have done by laying them on the seats at the Ralph if we can. To give you an idea, the Ralph at hockey capacity is 11,640. Though I don't know if this is seats and then there is standing room or not. Anyone know this? This would be like the towels at the championship game at the Final Five for those of you that were there. That was really all that we talked about it right now because we are really busy with Homecoming, but everyone really liked the plan.

Agreed, I don't agree that violence is the only option, but to be fair, Matt told him that the day of reckoning would come and he asked if he was ready for it. PUNKY had the option of saying no and he didn't. At the same time, Robbie is Matt's friend and Matt probably wanted to do it in 2005, but held off. This was Matt's way of saying you mess with my friend and I will get you back, maybe not right away but he will. Thanks for the smiley, Fetch.

I love this story. Though I think we need a bowing smiley for Matt

They may be closer to it than me, but several of the rest of us have sources as well and you can not get anymore insider info than from Hak or Buning. they weren't asked if they were having problems with each other, they were asked if they were worried about the contract, Hak said that they were working on it and not to worry. It takes time to work these things out.
-
and the point has been made that HAKSTOL has said NOT TO WORRY. what more do you want? What people have said is that as long as Hak says not to worry, then they aren't going to worry. Buning does not have to come out and say that he is in contract negoiations with this coach or this coach and he doesn't want to give a raise to this coach. In the business world do you come out and ask your boss if he is going to fire your co-worker or give them a raise because you like them and that is your right, NO! We don't need to know if they are in them or not because it is no of our business, and it doesn't really concern us. And before you bring up your sources, I have spoke to people in the Athletic Office and they laughed at what you are suggesting. People have talked to Hakstol and he has said not to worry. I am sorry, but insider information does not get anymore insider than Hak. Edit because i had to make sure: Buning was the associate athletic director when he was with the Army. They would be a completely D-I school, in your opinion he may be over his head, but I think he might have learned something there.

Yeah, they had a different one in mind last spring that I liked better, but they decided to change because they thought that it was too close to last years theme "Get Your Green On". Not really sure how this one is that much farther off, but I don't really get a voice in the matter.
-
I live in GF for a good portion of the year and no I don't think there is anything to worry about. what I would worry about is if Buning had to tell you every little thing that he is doing to make sure that it is ok. RELAX! Buning was hired for a reason and there is no proof that he isn't getting that job done. There is proof that he is doing his job in that HAKSTOL said NOT TO WORRY! So no I am not going to worry. Ohio State may want Hak, but does Hak want Ohio State would be the question anyway.
-
The Homecoming theme this year is "Go Green! Live It! Learn It! Love It!" is that what you were talking about?
-
what not "Robbie Bina from 170 Feet!" ?
-
Jordan was born in 1982 and his dad was assistant coach of the Minnesota North Stars at the time, so unless he was born on a road trip my guess is that he was born in MN. Wasn't Brady Murray born in Europe? like Switzerland or some place like that.
-
ok, i must be slow today but that one took a second to figure out!
-
I give him an A for effort though he didn't do a very good job of learning it.
-
that was just World Juniors and it only took them what two or three months to recover?
-
Double YAY! Thanks Jim! It saves me from having to count myself because I am too dumb to remember from day to day.
