We need to focus on making teams think about what we do instead of vice versa. I don't care how many titles SU has, you need to look at them as just another opponent.

Female athletes will likely be the biggest individual NIL winners because the money is there in the fashion and cosmetics industry. However factors other that performance will come Into play (think Anna Kournikova) and that could have some interesting dynamics within teams. I think you'll soon see additional legislation putting limits on how much athlete-students earn, especially when the tax bills hit and you see a spate of bankruptcies. The pendulum will swing back somehow.

Euro leagues are also very noncompetitive. Same teams win year after year, because the good elite teams stay at the top and have stability, while the other teams yoyo back and forth between the top and lower leagues and can't sustain anything and are usually a financial shambles. It seems fair on paper, but has huge flaws. No thanks.

I'd agree on the former, less so the latter. REAs benefits see extremely one sided to the family. Earl seemed to have a blind spot with Ralph. I think politics are also a big reason why arguably the schools most prominent alum (certainly athletically) has almost zero visible connection to the University.
