Don't bring critical thought into the discussion. Wait, no, please do!
-
Facts? Facts? Maybe use some in your next diatribe.

Ha! Ha! You funny... Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story... as they say. You've got a great yarn going!

A fun story involving UND Aerospace this morning in The Washington Post: https://www.washingtonpost.com/travel/2023/05/20/passengers-try-landing-plane-flight-simulator/

Oh, right. I wasn’t there. But heard from others that were there. ( :

i’m hearing the same.

$38M grant to UND EERC. https://www.cramer.senate.gov/news/press-releases/sen-cramer-announces-38-million-grant-to-the-university-of-north-dakota

He was ok.... fought through some nagging injuries.

It is not. Law School is standalone. Library connects to business college, which connects to Merrifield with plans to connect Merrifield to Twamley in the future.

I didn't track DAE after he ditched us. Did he have to sit out a year after his second transfer like they're contemplating with Tyree?
-
I really like your "inside" vibe. Gives us something to look forward to. And I suppose something to dread if you start hearing about other kinds of news. Any whoo thanks for your insight and your careful way of "reporting the news" before it's news.

Most likely done with school. Possibly pro ball overseas.

And Dennis... and a speedy rook or two who could get as many as 4 games and still keep RS intact.

Some people base the value of their lives and well-being on the success of sports teams or lack thereof. Kind of sad, actually.
-
Absolutely. He's already broken a number of the all-time records, in only 33 games, so far -- 3 as a true freshman, 7 as a red shirt freshman, 11 as a soph, and 12 as a junior. Pretty normal career trajectory for a tough as nails kid that doesn't get injured often. I don't think 33 games in four seasons is an inordinate number for a college player.
-
Ok, I'll play. All-time > Bubba's tenure.
-
Yet before he's done, this year, he will rewrite nearly every, if not every, all-time QB record in the books at UND. He'll obliterate them if he decides to take his COVID year next year. Pretty good for a guy some call "Timmy [sic] 2 gloves."

That kid is going to be special. Great character on top of athleticism. I am intrigued by newcomer Torey Kai, too. Reported 4.4 40 time. Don't know which method was used to measure.

Music to my ears! Thanks for some actual productive discussion.

FBS drop-down DE McNaboe was a late May commit as well.

Done. Thanks!

Wait, wait … you truly believe you shitting on everything UND and pumping up everyone else on a college message board is a difference maker? You’re an anonymous poster stating the obvious 98 percent of the time. It’s like the blow hard on talk radio who’s got all the answers to society’s ills. Practical listeners with perspective know that, if Mr. Blow hard magically would be put in charge of the world, the tune would change as reality would set in and the realization of the task at hand would suddenly become evident. Success for Mr. Blow hard would be neither inevitable nor impossible. What would be inevitable, however, would be the respect he would gain for the grind, the challenges, and the process. I’ve felt like i’ve said this 116 times before but here goes —we all pretty much feel the same way as you, we just amplify our hopes and frustrations differently. For me, i praise in public and criticize in private to the people who are involved. But i’m not an asshole to them. You do you. But it’s never as bad or as good as we think. You and a couple other tough love warriors on here come off a bit thin skinned in the face of the no-nonsense, no-excuses personas you put out there. There are posters on here who I have the utmost respect for, such as Geaux Sioux, Ira, Shep and Sic, who many times will say thing that are very biting criticisms of UND, but they balance things out from time to time with other kinds of hot takes that make me want to come back for more and excited to be a UND fanatic! That makes things fun and interesting and more believable, as it doesn’t come off as a bit or a schtick. Again, things are never as bad or good as we think. Go Hawks! Go UND!

FBS drop downs, who are looking for mor playing time and who make for really good FCS players, portal all the time after respective spring camps conclude. We’ve often gotten good players as late as May/June.
