The good ol' days certainly get better with age. Glas missed 29 FGs (67/96) over 4 years, Zeb missed 20 (45/65) over 4 years, and JGT, though having the fewest attempts of the three, missed only 13 FGs (31/44) over four years. Their career FG% are pretty close -- 69%, 69%, and 70%, respectively. Compare that to Brady Stevens, who has only been kicking FGs in 2021 and 2022: Stevens has missed 7 FGs (11/18) over those 1.5 seasons, for a 61%. AVG.

Those numbers are still being compiled by the Office of University Planning & Analytics. Safe to say that UND has a huge number of hybrid students on campus (taking classes both in person and online) in an attempt to finish faster and reduce debt load.

UND's enrollment just went official an hour ago. It will be publicly shared in the coming days. I'm told the official UND enrollment for Fall 2022 is 13,876 (up 104 from last fall).

Not content. Just not hopelessly infatuated with the idea that we are an abysmal failure. We all want more. We just don’t want to live in complete misery all the time and not take brief moments along the way to enjoy a bit of positivity. I am going to savor this win for 24 hours and then move on. God, knows we will be reminded all week how SIU is all-world in every category and how we don’t even belong in any discussion with them….until we beat them, and then they all of a sudden will become horse crap. We seem to have this amazing dynamic on all teams we beat.

Rare talent with the world ahead of him. Started as a freshman on the OL and played at All Conference level. Dogged by personal issues before and during time on campus. Gave up football and school twice.

Hearing that UND's official fourth week enrollment tally is a smidge higher than last year. This is impressive given the enrollment challenges other schools are having and that our first day number was down a smidge. Traditionally UND's official enrollment, taken after the 4th week of classes, is hundreds of students higher than its first day count.

Let me guess since you're asking. Social media was kind this week, the local media didn't manufacture a QB controversy this week, the owner stroked his ego just right, the coaches talked nicely to him, his receivers didn't have butter fingers, the line protected him, the running backs blocked consistently, the defense did its part, the officials didn't have it out for him this game, the weather was decent, yada yada yada... did I forget any of the litany of excuses that get thrown about when your precious alumni struggle? I take it his team won? I personally DGAF -- just like to kick crap in face of folks who represent a fan base that says UND is insignificant to them yet come on a fan board to see what were all doing now.
