We wanted to get back to recruiting upper Midwest. So far we have 4 of the top 30 in Minnesota + Lawerence and Santiago, 2 of the top 10 in Canada, and some of the top North Dakota kids who fans at both schools think could be good players. I'd say the coaches are doing what they asked. On a side note, a former FU player who now coaches at Moorhead is very disappointed Lawerence is coming to Grand Forks. Feels he will be a steal in this class and was in FUs ear to offer the kid.
-
Man, I wish he would have stuck it out.
-
I really hope that gets looked into because that is walking a fine line of potential student athlete/booster contact. Last I checked signing day is not until February.
-
I like the kids we got from there last year. That kid is quick and runs really smooth.

And the Washington redskins have more problems with their nickname than anyone. The fighting Illini more problems with theirs. Etc, etc. what's your point?

He was asked about campus safety 3 months ago when the other student was murdered, declined comment. I've talked with parents of students who are still trying to get questions answered about how the school is addressing campus security and have not received answers to their questions. I'd say both fall on the campus president.

http://www.inforum.com/news/crime/3639330-updated-woman-claims-armed-stranger-attacked-3-women-near-ndsu Move along. Nothing to see here. Has Bresciani told you his football team is in heading to Frisco again. How about their recruits. Seriously, when is someone going to ask this jack wagon about campus security and force him to answer?

You are arguing with one of your own. Johnboy is a FU grad and you disagree with his football logic because sometimes he posts without green/gold glasses on

Further explain. Again, don't let your obsession with UND get in the way of facts.
-
Are you so worried about UND that you are already tearing down a kid who hasn't even signed here? The odds of him signing here may be small but regardless, the only source of those allegations was a bookie and nothing could be proven. Your concern with UND football is becoming an obsession.
-
Chris Rabb tweeted he enjoyed his visit. Hopefully enough to get him up here.
-
What he is comparing is the comments made by fu fans here and on your own board about UND bringing in transfers. You guys criticize UND but do it yourself. I really don't care where they come from or what relationships there are, you can't change the definition of transfer.

How many carries do you suppose King Frazier gets tonight? Just curious

He was committed to Memphis
-
He will have a good list of schools to choose from . Wisconsin, Michigan St., Notre Dame and a list of SEC schools are interested and/or offering.
-
I imagine this staff will have to fill each one of them. I was wondering about that and thanks for the update.

Can't argue with any of this. Nice post.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I couldn't agree more. It was frustrating to watch on Saturday. I have seen city league teams that have more motion in their offense. We do nothing to force any defenders to move besides the players guarding the ball and the post setting the screen.

About 3 months ago but don't let facts get in the way of a good story.

Why even play Hooker and De Rouen until they are healthy? Putting them out there to struggle through games is not doing any good.
-
They turned around from a bottom dweller in the conference to being in playoff discussion. Since the NCAA changed the rule that D2 games now count for playoff consideration, you can't argue against Simon Fraser, there biggest fault was scheduling two D2 games. You could just as easily substitute Incarnate Word in there, get your W and call it good as an FCS win. As far as scheduling 2 FBS games, more than just Idaho did it this year. However from the standpoint of turning a program around, getting to 7 wins and showing the improvement they did certainly won't hurt anything.
-
Idaho st. would argue with you. They seem to be doing something right and weren't i. The committees top 24

Well, it took fu getting away from UND to have the opportunity to experience the holidays as a team.

Paul Cornick has developed more in his years after FU than he did while there. He will tell you that. Most players don't have the perseverance he had to keep going to camps, spending a few weeks on a practice squad, getting cut and than repeating. His hard work finally paid off for him this year.
-
FU does a good job developing talent but to say they are the beat in the country is laughable. You want a high five for having a player in the professional football ranks. Their strength the last few years has been their coaching staff compared to their competition and the early investments they made in facilities, etc.
