And here comes the "bring UND" into the story. Getting pretty predictable in Fargo. This mess is in your leadership only. If he would have been truthful at the start this would have blown over quickly. What else has he been lying about?
-
According to Brescanni Larsen put a poor media deal in place and Brescanni fixed it in 48-72 hours. Did I miss something?

Gov't makes it pretty easy to be critical

UND's new radio home in southern RRV: KFGO and KFAN

Tweet by Sioux football insider sounds like pre and post game show changes coming to UND football. Like the post above says glad to see KFGO stepping up the coverage. -
But he's wrote many articles about UND as well. No one claims he has an agenda vs UND. It's against higher ed and Brescanni is making it easy for him. He would have been better off being out of the country and unavailable for comment.
-
Lying to the press and throwing your AD under the bus for a decision you agreed with aren't good progress towards improving "communication and teamwork". Also laugh at FU fans who feel Port is on a witch hunt. He really didn't even have to work for this story as it pretty much wrote itself.

Bubba put together such a solid staff and it seems all the guys love being here and really really believe in what they are building. Great article Schloss.

If the part in McFeelys blog about NDSU reserving the right to request dismissal of any personality try disagree with turns out to be true the publicity on this won't be over. It's about 2/3rds of the way down in the link below http://mcfeely.areavoices.com/2016/08/02/bresciani-puts-out-a-fire-that-shouldve-never-been-started/
-
Someone will likely file an request to NDSU for correspondence on this. McFeely is already tweeting about how Breacanni didn't apologize and FU fans are already turning against Izzo and Koloack at bisonville.
-
Well now I'm more confused. Is the brand as big as JJ originally said or not? Did the insiders that bison73 talked to really say this was good for NDSU and it wasn't that restrictive? If it wasn't, why the change? How much does the "leniency" cost NDSU?
-
The size of parking stalls???

I don't care what they think they are or who they play. I'm just more confused now than before on this. I'm enjoying the negative spin in this FU is getting all over WDAY and KFGO right now, McFeely is speaking in it right now actually (again). I also want to understand this deal and how UND can capitalize on it which it appears they are with the headline stories on UND sports yesterday and no mention of NDSU yesterday or today. As a did you know in the new contract NDSU has the right to have a on air talent removed if they don't agree with the message that on air talent is spreading about NDSU. WTF? Fleet Farm better be stocking knee pads for the new business they may be getting.

I'm a fan. Logo looks good on those helmets.
-
I'm sure it's good for NDSU but are they planning on clarifying anytime soon? It's been two days of negative tweets and retweets along with print articles.

My favorite tweet of the day on the topic. This one from John Solomon of CBS college football: Jon Solomon– @JonSolomonCBS @Andy_Staples Things North Dakota St media can now do with their extra time: Investigate NCAA violations, court records, police arrests, etc 7:18 AM - 31 Jul 2016

About time. Makes sense for both teams.
-
So they take away the knee pads with the credentials?

And all high draft picks are gone for those two years. Hard to improve We will see how it shakes out. If Bradford plays well it is fine. If he struggles the calls for Wentz will get pretty loud.
-
Game viewing options are making it easier to watch any game from anyplace now. Total costs for attending NFL games are higher than ever. The price people will pay to attend a game lower along with expectations.
-
It's really not an ideal situation because fans expect the #2 pick in the draft to be ready to play now, especially when the farm is traded for him. If Bradford struggles there is not a fan that will say "it's ok, in two years we will be really good." They just stop showing up for games, call into radio shows and blast away on message boards.
-
I don't disagree but it's the NFL, the fans don't allow much time for "aging". Taking time and developing a rookie QB has worked out once and it was because Green Bay had Favre as a starter. All other years the guy you traded the farm for is starting by mid season.
-
Not sure there is a right way to do it but when you trade 5 draft picks to move up in the draft most fans expectations are the guy is game ready. How does the team around him get better when you sacrificed two years worth of drafts?
-
Will any old members from the Big12 be interested in moving back? Colorado??
-
You may expect him to but he wouldn't do it. When you don't report on everything going on with the players on the team, is it realistic to expect him to report on players not on the team.
