I live how these pictures point out the similarities and not the differences lol

X and Z have on the same top. I think it looks similar to a basketball jersey sleeve. Y's shirt is more like a football jersey. X has on no pants. Y and Z have pants, I can't quite tell if they're different. The sleeve/shirt design are different and I believe it was Y that has black on the legs not all green.

People that think the logo had anything to do with championships are just as delusional as people who think Fighting Sioux is coming back. Fighting Hawks as a nickname sucks. The logo didn't help it. Neither will the mascot. It is plain, generic, and over used. Shame on us for thinking the committee would follow the guidelines set forth and pick something relative to the state that evokes a feeling of pride. All I feel by Fighting Hawks is shame. Do I still attend athletic events? Yes. Do I still cheer for the teams? Yes. Will I particular in a chant that says hawks? No. Go green!

Even Arctic Raptors sounds better than Fighting Hawks

I bet it is going to look like every other bird mascot out there. I can't imagine how difficult it will be to keep a white mascot clean though. Hope it is machine washable!

I am currently completing my Masters online through another school. I looked at UND because that is where I got my undergraduate from but in the aviation department online courses are lacking. I think online classes through UND could be greatly expanded if that is a direction the University wants to take.

What surprised me from the article is that he didn't attend graduation due to a family event. That must have been a HECK of a family event to not attend graduation at the University where you are the President.... Anyone have more info on the family event?

I am finding it difficult to be optimistic. I hope the team surprises me... As for the fans, this has got to be killing the superstitious fans.
