Alright not that I feel I have to explain myself, but I will. I don't harbor any bad feelings for kessel. I find it hard to believe this guy is the best thing they can come up with for an overall #1. THIS IS MY OPINION. That's the thing with opinions, everyone's is different. Mine is based on the play I have seen on the ice. Putting faith in articles written by a scouting service or any other media source is basing your opinion on someone else's opinion, there seem to be an awful lot of people that base their opinions off of what other people write. I never asked any body to agree or disagree with what I think, just adding my 2 cents worth, based on what I've seen. Beside that, pound for pound, up and down the rink, my money is on the guy in the #7 Sioux jersey. I still maintain the St. Louis Blues got the steal of the last draft.

It seems to me that JLOOS has always called it like he sees it, you gotta respect him for that. He seems .credible with his information most of the times as far as I'm concerened. The problem it seems is that some people don't appreciate good sarcasm at times. Some don't appreciate the truth, like you're fat, bald, stupid, ect. and you may well be, but some people never seem to come to terms with it and just get insulted. Any way JLOOS is ok in my book so cut the bro some slack.

Let me rephrase then. The times I've seen him play (roughly 15-20), I have not seen anything special. He's an average, at best face-off guy, stands around in his own end. Does not distribute the puck well (which is a common attribute of most players in the US development program), always looks to shoot before pass. Brings no physical presence, however has perfected the "toe drag", which is always neutralized with solid defense any way. These are purely my own observations, I certainly would never ask you to agree with them. To me it is sad that this guy will be the next overall #1 pick, that's my opinion and that's all it is is an opinion. However I still maintain he's not in Crosby's league.

Bottom line here is this: goopher fans trying to extole the virtues of a player like irmen on a FIGHTING SIOUX MESSAGE BOARD, then not understanding why people aren't cordial to them. I think I will go over to your treasured goopher puuuuuuke live and start a thread about what a stand up kind of player Prphc is on the ice. Irmen's a dirty player, as is Prpch, hopefully you read this whole statement cause it's like the third time I have to say it. I've never once exonerated Prphc's actions, but you refuse to admit the irmen comes in elbow high half the time, slashes, spears and other various crap both during play and after whistles. As for you, you mean nothing in the grand scheme of things, and I don't give a damn if your feelings are hurt. Don't feel bad though you are not alone. I also dislike the following teams, players ect., in no particular order. Kessel's a farce, it's a shame that he is the best thing they can come up with for the first overall pick in the next draft. He's so far from being in Crosby or ovechkin's league it isn't even funny.

hockey1, your brown and yelow jersey must not fit all the way over you inflated head, and it's blocking your vision. Just watch Irmen play, yeah he's a lot like prphc, the only diffence is Prphc doesn't have to gloat about it, that type of arrogance is what is going to cause him problems, down the road aka taffe. I have heard similar stories about Matt. Some other past and present players that I have run into at various places in town were also very cordial. I ran into Mike Commodore at the Ralph last year when I was leaving a game he was really cool. Current players I've run into Toews, Fabian, Finley, Oshie, Jpar to name a few they have always been good about talking for a few minutes, or signing an autograph for someone. That speaks volumes about the Sioux program. There are others I'm sure I left off the list, but as a rule most of these guys are always quite cordial to fans.

Yeah, besdies the fact that we need to save all of our negative energy and posts this week for moronic goopher fans. It's much more fun blasting all the skippy's when they come here and start spewing their goopher crap. That's what I think any way. We could use more fans like JFR, who aren't cynical jerks like me.
