I wouldn't say they got tangled up...
Legal or not. Who knows, if Finley intended to go in on Skille like that then I'd say debatable.
There is only one solution to this and UND needs to hop on it asap. Fire Hakstol and get Don Lucia on board. Only winning 9 games out of the 11....cripes.
While an apology isn't going to get us a W in the books I still think UND deserves an apology and an admittance from the WCHA basically saying "hey, sorry we !@#$ed up."
And I think even though almost everyone is frustrated with this loss and UND's inability so far to handle a 2 goal lead that it isn't the end of the world for this team.
They just need get things figured out in regards to managing a 2 goal lead and playing much better overall on Saturdays.
Also doesn't help that two of our team leaders were out for this game(Genoway and VandeVelde). Would've really helped having those two on the ice in the situation that led to UMD tying the game and then the OT.
There are no excuses for losing this game. !@#$ing ridiculous.
However that call on MacWilliam was definitely bull****.
This should've been a sweep not a split.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................
Yeah I'm thinking it isn't too serious. Since the announcers say he was practicing with the team and they said he looked just fine.
Probably just playing on the safe side like when they had Hextall not play in one game. I'm guessing he's just dinged/banged up.
oh the irony.
Have you checked your own fanbase board? Places like Bisonville is littered with threads related to UND.
Thanks for giving me a chuckle though.
Besides get real. Everyone knows UND is infatuated with Minnesota.
And who says we weren't in position to win the National Title in 2005? If that second goal of ours was allowed(which to this DAY it should've been even !@#$ing Mannino knew it was a goal) it could've been a whole different game for the Sioux being up 2-1....okay that is just sour grapes.
Me too, I was disappointed to see that they weren't airing the BSU game(s). I try to follow BSU as much as I can. Really enjoyed watching the series against Minnesota.
