Person over on HFBoards is saying Verhoeff is getting 200k and Reschny 80k to come to UND. Any truth to these numbers as I thought there was bunch of discussion here how the collective doesn’t have this kind of funds. If this is what they’re getting then that confirms Boisvert left for other reasons than the 💰 BU is giving him.

Its funny how they’re demanding compensation and clamoring for NHL to take action for their benefit yet it was crickets every time a star NCAA player would bail just weeks before season started or worse in the middle of season for the CHL.

Yeah but we are North Dakota fans. Yes we have high expectations every year but our default setting is being skeptical until the games are played and the results come in. Or maybe that’s just me? Hmm... It’s nice to be optimistic though as this is an impressive recruiting run any way you slice it.

It’s great to be a UND fan! Chyzk, Jax & Co. are making splashes. From what I remember, all of us here really liked what Jax had to say at his introductory press conference as HC that made us all cautiously optimistic. The recruiting they’ve been doing so far has been exemplary, don’t know how anyone can NOT be excited about this programs future! PS Bear/McKenna? Feel free to jump on the train now!

He's doing an excellent job in engaging social media to get fans excited/hyped which is definitely getting with the times. All it takes is the bat signal.

You seem to get hung up on prospect status which I understand but teams loaded with blue chips have yet to actually win a championship. Michigan is always loaded with blue chips and how long has it been for them?

I’d say the expectations coming in(comparing the two) are different but maybe that is just me. That’s fair and I agree he definitely got things going towards the end of season which was nice to see cause yeah didn’t seem like everyone was giving #full60 effort towards the end.

Considering you can quickly go through gameday line charts to see how much top 6 playing time opportunity he got, no.
