Lets see. I'm drinking one brand of beverage and just a different brand of beverage on the table next to it. What's the plan to keep the momentum?
KEEP OFF THE RADIO 7>4
Ohhhh . . . I see D. Sheppard is our ref tonight . . . I hope that means he gets a breather over the 2:30 game tomorrow.
Uh oh . . . the fat lady is starting to warm up . . .
Should be an interesting weekend of hockey. All Final Five games are on FSN North along with Fox College Sports Atlantic and Central. Other tourneys are also on CSTV and Fox College Sports.
After moving from the Twin Cities last summer, this is the first time I wish I was back (for a weekend anyways) . . .
Yah gotta love Wooger going with Bucky - and the karma. While I like the underdog in Duluth, doesn't SCSU have a little more realistic shot of knocking of that "other MN school" Friday night? I'm kinda leaning Huskies . . . even though their goalie was a flunkie of Providence.
He'll definitely be missed by fans - and the next generation of Sioux players. Gotta love that cracked grin when he's done ticking someone off. Any thoughts on who's the next player to try and fill his shoes . . . errrr, skates?
I think we need to pass the hat and start Fox Sports Net Red River Valley. Then we'd know what channel we could watch our favorite college hockey team every weekend - except when they travel up to AA
Seiously, doesn't/couldn't FSSN generate enoguh ad revenue to travel? They have a fair sized market area - and potential market area. They wouldn't need to cover just UND events - and expand to NCC and NDSU/SDSU events. I would think there would be ample opportunity . . .
Please shed a tear for us Sioux fans in Bemidji. We won't be getting the FSSN feed from Forks and we don't get FSN Rocky Mtn. We'll get tonight's game on FCS Central, but after that, we're on our own . . .
On Friday night, the game's on live at 8:30 our time on Fox College Sports Central. Saturday night, they're showing Wisc and Mankato and they're not showing the UND/DU game until afterwards (11pm).
I agree with Dags. I'd be very happy with split. They've been rolling against the high school teams and have had a little more rest while hosting these "teams." The good guys on the other hand had have the trip to AA and have played so-so to very solid. It will be an interesting series as always.
Lets Go Sioux!
The last three posts are dead-on. Lammy is the Brad Radke of the Sioux. As the very least, this type of hockey is being played now instead of a few weeks. Hopefully a spark will ignite tonight.
