To me, college hockey is vastly turning into a college basketball scenerio - and then some. The top recruits go to the top schools, maybe play two years and are gone. The creme de la creme are starting to skip college and go straight to the pros (ie LaBron, KG). I think the mid-level schools will routinely be pulling "George Mason's" because most of their players stay 3-4 years and they get experience and leadership working together, while the top schools will be getting knocked off more and more. Just my $0.02 .. .
