Camp season is coming up and I assume he will be attending NDSU, USD, SDSU, etc. Perform well at even one of them and they might throw a half-ride offer at you. Now the bar is set for the other schools if they are interested. To take a walk-on before camp season seems very, very strange considering he could take that walk-on in the fall or winter. Plus, why would NDSU offer him anything now, they already got him.

Who gave him the idea to write a story about how Wichita State is NOT wanted in the MVFC? He sure as hell didn't come up with it on his own. Especially since Wichita has never contacted Patty about it.

Getting into the right graduate school was one part of it. He changed his mind weeks ago from what I was told, before even receiving word on the MSU graduate school situation. Their school isn't much different than UND, not like he applied at Princeton and didn't get in.

From what I have been told, it is starting to resonate across campus. One area in particular is the Arts. On their own they have discovered some major overlap in their departments and are working to streamline it and in turn save money, even after the budget cuts were implemented.

I couldn't care less about Idalski. Don't know him or follow him. Program is another story.

How do you expect them to make the tournament every year with only a 2 million dollar budget? Just piecing it together over there.

UND is only cutting the 'expenses' of Baseball and Golf? Was under the assumption they were cutting the scholarships as well.

So stupid. They add Men's Tennis because the Big Sky says you need it. So naturally BF doesn't give them any scholarships. He couldn't give them one or two scholarships to divide up between 6-7 guys, like baseball does on a larger level?

Certain I have stated that same thing. BF didn't want to cut any sports, but Ed made him. That is the problem with what's going on right now. UND should be at 16-17 sports (without going into detail as to which one's). But, BF's first pitch to Ed as to how he was going to meet the budget cuts was to do a bunch of things that didn't involve cutting sports. Lack of vision. UND should have cut 4-5 sports all at the same time, including two more women's sports. I think that will be coming sometime in the next year. Why not do it all at once? And Miller's Title IX article showed that Baseball was not a casualty of Title IX and UND easily could have cut women's sports.
