    You don't get to the QB vs. these offense's. Disrupt the rhythm with secondary jamming and disguises but sacks are going to be rare.

    Which leads me to our scheduling. Frankly, Faison should be projecting out what type of offense a team is running and schedule accordingly. UND beat Wyoming because they matched up extremely well with them. Wyoming was a slow it down, run first, big sets offense. Perfect. There are plenty of pro-style teams out there to contact first before you go find a hurry up offense like Babers ran last year. The new coach is doing the same thing.

    This matchup with Bowling Green is not ideal. What type of teams gives UND the most fits? No-huddle, spread, chuck and duck. UND's offense will need to win this game with their running game and keeping Bowling Green off the field.

    John Santiago had no other D1 offers. Neither did Will Ratelle. It's up to the staff to develop and put him in the right positions. He will be a good player, IMO. Very quick release, can create his own shot.

    I like that. Subway has always been a big UND supporter back to the late 80's. Things like that are needed to get people to buy in and exude positive support for the actual teams themselves. Limits the talk about crap that doesn't matter, like we have been for the last 5-10 years.

    "Playing better" can be related to who you are playing against. If they would have played EWU in those last couple games he probably wouldn't have been deemed as 'playing well'. Instead he got UNC and Poly (who doesn't pass).

    He is probably talking about Irvin-Sills. Heard he is no longer on the team and was dismissed for whatever reason. Not a huge loss as he never quite lived up to the hype. Would have been good for depth, though.

    My money is on NDSU for many obvious reasons. Would be a hell of feat for UND to pull him out of WF.

    Nobody cares about the Sioux name anymore. That is long gone off the radar. Releasing that video now is white noise and IMO they missed their window for anybody actually caring.

    Give the guy a chance. Hockey has to be the hardest sport to be a PxP guy for. It will take time but the guy is good at hoops and brings energy. He will be fine after a half-season or so.

    When the "Sioux" switched to the geometric logo, which was the single most boring logo ever, nothing changed with passion from the fans. What would your reaction be today if they trotted that doozy out?

    Good to hear that somebody actually likes it. I think it will get better as they produce more content, headings, fonts, etc. Like others have shown in their own mockups, I wish there was a bit more contrast. More black on edges.

    Funny how people have evolved after this latest change. When the Sioux nickname was being retired it was "people better run out and get as much Sioux stuff as possible because this new 'North Dakota' / 'ND' logo/merchandise sucks". Now it's "people better get as much 'North Dakota' / 'ND' stuff as possible cause this new logo/merchandise is going to suck". Even Buccigross was bragging about how great UND's current hockey jerseys look, the ones with the 'North Dakota' and an 'ND' on them. I was told they were going to be AWFUL and nothing could compare to the Sioux logo and jerseys.
