    Big Sky?

Nice find Tony. I would love for the Sioux to be in the Big Sky.
  2. UND fall enrollment shows 189-student increase Transfer students are up 13%. Freshman enrollment is up 5%. 8% growth in graduate students. It appears that UND has some nice growth in a variety of sectors.
  3. Schuler taking D-I full ride at N. Dakota Does anyone know anything about him?
  4. Lloyd Omdahl speaks to the Fighting Sioux Let’s drop albatross gracefully Whether you agree with him or not, he makes some valid points.
  5. I hope your including one large group of stakeholders that may not fall in your categories listed above, Major Donors. Sure most of the major donations come from alumni, but I'm sure there are or will be some that come from non alumni.
  6. Gotta love the Sagarin ratings. You win on the road against your first I-AA competition and drop 12 places. As North Dakota isn't playoff eligible this year anyway, it doesn't really matter. Just keep winning. Go Sioux!!!
  7. What a difference a year makes. Great job ladies.
  8. TAMUK is having a nice season. Three wins in a row where they are averaging around 42 points holding their opponents to around 12 points.
  9. You gotta feel bad for CSC When I played football in Jr. High we played a school that was last in the league and had gotten clobbered every game. Our coach took pity upon them after we had built a comfortable lead he had plays such as "planned fumbles" and playing people out of position. We still won, but gave the other team something to hold their heads high about, as we went undefeated and they played their best against us.
  10. Gholson: In the Nick of Time (Sept. 20)
  11. I have been pleasantly impressed with Josh Murray. I was with the group who thought that there would be a step down in rushing yards with the loss of Chappell this year. Obviously Murray has proven to be a workhorse that can carry more than his load for this team. Great game against Idaho State, Josh. Keep it going next week in Hammond.
  12. I don't think that you can compare playing in Laramie to playing in Pocatello. Laramie is less than 2 hours from Denver, which we know through hockey is a large alumni base for UND and I'm assuming it is for NDSU. I would think you would see similar numbers for UND football playing in Laramie.
  13. There is light surrounding the Fighting Sioux logo issue - and it might come sooner than originally expected. Can you read these statements and others from the article and come away with anything, but the name and logo are gone?
  14. Imagine the noise level next year at the Alerus for Potato Bowl in comparison to Holt yesterday. I'd love to be at that game.
  15. 71-29. Someone is not playing fair
  16. Gotta hand it to FightingSioux4life. He had 97 posts yesterday.
  17. Saw the doctor yesterday. If no baby this weekend, they will induce 1:00 AM Monday. And blessed is truly the word.
  18. I know week 4 isn't over for most teams, but I'm so pumped from last night's game, I had to get Week 5 started. By having a short week this week, the Sioux will have plenty of time to rest up and heal from injuries. Also a little more time to prepare for the Lions. Since I'm only three hours away from Hammond, LA, I've been looking forward to this game for months. Unfortunately, our fourth child has decided not to arrive as scheduled (already 9 days late) and I will likely miss the game. If it were an afternoon game it may have been doable. Beat the Lions. Go Sioux!!!
  19. Another plus is the humidity seems to have gone away in the past few days. Hopefully that will last.
  20. Thankfully altitude is not a problem in Louisiana.
  21. What a crazy game, but in the end the good guys coming out on top is what mattered. Have to hand to ISU to come roaring back when down 31-7. 4-0 Go Sioux!!!
  22. My heart can't take too many of these type games.
