Did someone say that Drew isn't eligible for this years draft unless he opts in? Otherwise, his draft year is the 2005 draft. Maybe that's a reason he isn't talked about.

Ahh, yes and then all the Yale fans got their undies in a bunch because their Vienna Boys Choir players got in a fight that was caused by the big, mean Sioux. They couldn't help themselves but fight back and it was all Matt Jones' fault. Jonesy is such a thug. That game was great, fights in the stands, fights on the ice, fights everywhere.

This poll does matter though doesn't it? For seedings and such in the playoffs? Then again the NC$$ seems to throw out the poll when it means they can make more money by having the lower seed host the game.

What it all really comes down to is that UND/NDSU, Grand Forks/Fargo don't like each other. They blame each other for everything. Everything is a pi$$ing match and this whole playing each other is no different. Both sides always blame the other side. Each side thinks they are better than the other and neither side wants to compromise. If the situation was reversed, the problem would be the same. It is rather silly.

I agree with the announced crowd. Someone can't count or something. The place was full yesterday and for the UC-Davis game, that one still dumbfounds me. The place was jampacked for that game. If anything there were more than 13,500.

Very poorly officated game, I think. UND didn't lose because of it, but it is still so frustrating to watch. How in the name of all that is right with the world Colby Genoway (?) got called for tripping or hooking or whatever the hell it was when the BC player took out Freeman is completely beyond me. I was completely dumbfounded. Just like when Bucks was called for tripping when he and another BC player were fighting for the puck. Huh? Wha? Huh?

UND has had two games that count and Drew Stafford has 2 GWG. He is damn good and very underated. Everyone was talking about what Brady would do this year and totally forgot about Stafford. I may have to soon change who my hero is, in fact. BC is a bunch of divers. Only one time did a BC player go down for a good reason and that was when Lundbohm slashed Ben Eaves right where it counts. Anderson isn't new. He reffed the Christmas tournament last year. He's got that mad at the world look to him, always looking ticked off. He seemed very inconsistant to me in first he would call some stuff and then let other stuff go. After the first though he didn't seem to do too bad. The start of the third was the biggest butt whooping the Sioux have put on a good team since those comebacks at the Old Ralph against the Gophers. Holy crap did they come out flying in the third.

I don't know what I did. I think it had to do with my Eaves comment though. I said that last monday and they didn't kick me off till saturday morning though and haven't told me anything, so I don't really know. Oh well. I'm much better behaved here anyways. Stupid REA not publicizing these games.

You can hope as much as you want, Sparky, it ain't gonna happen. I hope one day I won't suck at spelling. It won't happen though, so I just give up. You should do the same. It will save you alot of heartbreak and you won't have to drink as much Listerine to drown your sorrows.

There are a certain numebr of sports that you have to have to be D-I though, aren't there? I don't think UND could just cut everything besides FB, hockey, BB and whatever other womens sports would be neccessary.

Can we get tickets to this or what? I got nothing to do on Friday and would like to see SSM. The SSM girls team was here last weekend and played a ND-SD-MT All-Star team. SSM won the games 11-1 and 9-2 or something like that. I heard about this after the fact. Why don't they advertise for these games on their website? Hmm.

NDSUcks will take an early lead and UND will comeback led by either the Red River Rifle or Bowencamp or maybe the Cogswell Cannon will be given one more game of eligibility, it doesn't matter. The Sioux will win, maintain the Nickel, laugh at all thestupid Cowbell ringers and celebrate mightily. The Blundering Turds will go back to Fargo crying all the way.

Concordia Stingers. They look to have jerseys similair to that of Ferris State, so maybe the guys will want to watch out for blatant thuggery. They finished last in their league last year with a record of 9-13-2. Their overall recrod was 13-16-3. Last year they had 5 A. Captains. It's like everybody gets a trophy day or something. Also last year they lost 2-0 to BU and 7-2 to UMass-Lowell.
