The team is 7-3, has a shot at a share of the last GWC title, last game of the transition and the last game with USD for the near future. And I am sure there will be plenty of potential recruits in the stands for this one. Time for us as fans to step up, fill the Al, create an amazing gameday atmosphere and help the team finish the transition on a high point! Hopefully the athletic department turns the marketing machine on high for this one. And students: get to the game and stay at the game!

The team is sitting at 7-3. I don't think too many of us thought that we would be sitting at 7-3 with a shot at at least a share of the GWC title. As much as we have criticized Muss' play calling and such, he has the team in a good position. He is currently sitting in 19th. But if people on here would take the few seconds it takes to vote for the next few days, we could easily have him in the top 10-15. Let's support UND football in this very small way and make coach one of the finalists.

If the information on their finances is out there, what is the big deal if it is discussed? It is nice to see North Dakotans and UND graduates do well in their life. Southland Conference to visit Houston Baptist University The SLC is doing a site visit at HBU on Wednesday. The SLC must be interested in the supposed Houston market they will bring, as HBU's athletic facilities are pretty pathetic even for NAIA. There are junior highs in NoDak that have nicer athletic facilities. HBU is a perfedt example of schools that never should be allowed to make the move up to DI.

Lennon had his time here and could still be coaching here if he wanted. He made his choice. There are plenty of other qualified coaches that we should look at if that is the direction Faison decides to go.

Pathetic. It will be interesting to see if the coaches make any halftime adjustments for the first time ever. Muss' assessment of the first half: "Not very good. There isn't much energy in the building." How can you expect the fans to be into a pathetic showing like this? Has the team given the home crowd much to be excited about in the last few seasons? I guess the Sioux are losing because the crowd isn't into it. But at least we are going toe-to-toe with them. Only down by 1 score.

UND blocks a FG attempt. The ball was live and all of the players just ran off of the field. After half of the team was off of the field somebody finally realized that the play had not been blown dead and walked over to the ball. The ref just waved him off and finally blew the play dead. This team is not well coached.

Sioux just converted on a 3rd & 16. Game looking ugly so far. Then UND takes a stupid penalty on 1st down. USF is packing the box and completely shutting down our run. Big pass to Hardin for a Sioux TD.

USF 3 & out. UND 3 & out. A big punt return puts USF in scoring position. USF leading early 7-0. Glad I didn't drive 6 hours for this game.

The ladies won their first game of the GWC tournament by defeating Howard 2-0. They play Utah Valley at 1:30 on Saturday in the semi.

Utah Valley won 25-20, 25-21 and 25-20 over Utah State tonight. They are now 20-8 overall and 8-1 in the GWC. They have 1 non-conference game left as they play Southern Utah on Tuesday before the big UND/UVU matchup next Friday to determine the GWC regular-season champ.

We face fellow Mighty Space Grant South Dakota M&T to open the season next year.

UND defeated South Dakota 3-2 tonight.

Hands down the Al.

UND has done this with most sports. It is really a big draw for the students. But I say don't give it away until after the game is over.
