This is FCS football. Playing in a construction zone with a couple thousand people in the stands and a television crew that can't operate a camera.

Around ND: Sheyenne goes to Roseau and knocks off the Rams. Two ND teams have beaten Roseau so far this year. EGF beats RR in Gambucci cup play. Legacy and WFHS tie 5-5 and Legacy wins the all important non conference shootout victory. Mandan beats Dickinson. The Braves are undefeated after beating Century the other night as well.

I think this is a concern in Bison country with talks of a move. You go from playoff football Decembers in the Dome and raising FCS trophies to raising the pop tart bowl trophy. James Madison paints a good picture of the future in FBS for FCS schools moving up. They will likely finish 11-1 this season but a loss on the road to Louisville costs them any chance of the CFP over a Tulane team that got nuked by Ole Miss and UT-San Antonio.

Like I say to my NDSU grad brother. "I thought they had already moved up to the top level in all sports?"

NDSU IS A BETTER HEAD COACHING JOB THAN....(insert FBS schools that will pay their head coach millions.....) Tim P was never staying more than a few years. The next guy will have success too, just the way they are built.

This has the makings of a Nichols State if we aren't ready to go. That team ran all over us and we just never got our footing from the get go. Hope the team values the 2nd life they were given this morning and plays with nothing to lose the rest of the way.
