Didn't see the games, but looking at what that #1 seed NCAA tournament team brought back and knowing who their coach is makes them a contender in my book. I wish they were in the NCHC. They play hockey the right way under Hastings.

Good to be home. Attack mentality. Coming off the best o line performance this season I'm expecting a confident offensive group that wins the toss takes the ball and goes right down the field. With all the injuries on D I'm guessing its gonna take 30+ to win the game.

I think those are the types of plays Freund has in the playbook, but as another poster mentioned (and I agree), Bubba puts the handcuffs on at times. When in the last 5 years have you seen playcalling that well in a half of football for this team?

Would love to see Danny with quote on quote "his guy" at QB. I was completely wrong with wanting them to have Boltman play defense. When he is getting the ball and an active part of the offense we actually look pretty good offensively.

Maybe, just maybe, Bubba let him loose in the second half. Some gimmick looks, constant motion, and using a TE...... I don't know enough about football, and UND had to be aggressive.....however, it seems to me that there are times when our playcalling is ultra conservative and then we go stretches where the defense doesn't have any answer, like the entire second half.

Completely agree. That's an experienced team that doesn't lose at home. If we beat Canisius 20-0 both nights they're crappy, and if we found a way to beat Mankato 5-1 they "aren't as good as we thought they were". Never happy with a loss, but I feel a helluva lot better 4 games into this year than after 4 last year.

What color guy isn't a raging homer on a home broadcast? He was like listening to the drunk guy at the bar who knows a little bit about football just go off after every play. Normally I turn the volume off but he had me laughing at stupid comments and takes after every play. Win by four or win by 40.....I'll still follow the group and appreciate when they win a game for my school.

That was a great drive play calling wise by Freund. They had no chance with the personnel looks we gave and Cloyd was huge in the blocking game.

I can't tell you who the special teams coach of any of my favorite teams was ever..... I know who is the special teams coach of our team is......
