Just saw the end zone vantage point CC replay on the game winner last night....yikes. The big word post game was it was a deflection, but boy that needs to be a save. Good to see Jan back in the net tonight.

I had a feeling Laurilla would get a suit tonight. If Mbereko is lights out again he is officially in our heads. I'll happily hand him his diploma in May.

He's an outstanding goalie, but I couldn't agree more about the horse shoe in his breezers. I'm happy they got a point versus the alternative of a 2-1 regulation loss.

As far as the boys hockey team goes it could cost them a home ice opportunity in the first round of the EDC tournament. Now they'll have to scrap like hell to be 5th or 6th.

A few games on the boys side. Devils Lake at Minot, Bagley at MayPort, Dickinson at Hazen, Grafton at Sheyenne, and Red River at Shanley. Did hear from some sources that it was quite the party in Devils Lake where a number of athletes were involved in getting suspensions in multiple sports, boys and girls. Children.....children....😅

I believe not. Per Gillen's site last night was a 6 point game between Legacy and H/B. Earlier this year Century's JV played H/B for points and the game ended up being an OT game where Century lost points in the WDA. I don't think there are any this year in the EDC. Its such a gamble to play a six pointer, and can just destroy your standings if things go the wrong way.

I think we may have seen the true GFC tonight. Sheyenne has beaten some good teams and Central all over them 10-1. Deziel and Marto with pretty good games. Across town RR all over North 12-1. Shanley beats WFHS in OT 4-3 Bismarck High beats Dickinson 4-2. Legacy gets 6 points over Hazen.

The way our offense looked at the end of last season I'm okay with Danny being back. At the end you could tell that Isaac was upset his play calling was being questioned by us lowly serfs, and was likely on his way out of town. Good for him being back in his beloved Big Ten with his Big Ten mind. I still think they need to utilize Javance in some packages if he's still on the team (honestly haven't even checked). Watching Montana and Illinois State a bit last night, open the playbook and let's score the football.
