I'd say the key is our weak side wing play in the d zone. That guy can't get lost or we'll be hearing a lot of the go huskies wooo thing.

I know the PSP guy really well and he is so passionate about Minot High School athletics. I can honestly tell you that he is the first one to take a step back after his broadcasts and ask others if he is over critical because that is the last thing he wants to be on the air. His business relies on high school athletics and sponsorships. High school athletics relies on having officials available to do those games. I think he is very well aware of that fact.

I was kind of watching the Minot/Legacy game, but didn't hear what the call was? Boarding perhaps? Not sure. Obviously a few upset people. I know the official that made that call personally, a tremendous guy, worked at State Hockey last year, and has done some USHL games. It isn't easy to be an official some days. I find myself being over critical even after being one myself. They are all human.

Turn the page and the team is on the road for the first time since...early December at Denver. Huskies sit at #1 in the league, we sit at #2 in the league. I watched the third and OT of their shootout win over Denver at Magness. They deserved to win in regulation, tons of chances, plus Denver was saved by a major power play in the 2nd down two goals (just shocking). Ludvig back in the net Friday night I'd assume. If he isn't himself possibly Hedquist on Saturday. No regulation losses to this point for UND in NCHC play. Be a big task if you could say that on Sunday morning next week.

I'm just happy that @brianvf had to live through a blizzard in Grand Forks this weekend as karma for his Arizona lifestyle.
