How's the injury report?

This loss hurt, Sammy gave us hope of turning the corner. Not going to be the same if we beat NC & Montana, but those wins would get us back in the hunt for a playoff spot.

Expecting a good walk up crowd with Homecoming and Potato Bowl. If you are buying tickets today, do so early, could be a jam at ticket sales close to game time.

I also have a lot of confidence in our defense. Offense has come a long ways from start of fall camp, especially the OL and receivers. Special teams still seem to have that capability of completely breaking down on any given play, yet, haven't cost us a game this season - knock on wood. I like our coaches, think they really call the plays as to who dresses for each game, and one has to understand that our depth really plays into this - especially when some 2 & 3 deep players are in the game when it starts. Like I said last week, the Sam Houston game will show us a lot about our coaches, so should this game as we are playing a homecoming game against a non ranked team, who recently has played us tough. Of note: At least on this board, coaches are not getting as many arrows shot at them, and should be even less next week. Comments in this post are mostly about the coaches. Sure, the players have to get the job done on the field, and today would be a good day to come out to the Hawks' Nest and watch that happen!

OK anything FRY? I was driving on campus today about 2:30 and this car turns wrong into a one way, then backs up to my front bumper. You can see the front of my vehicle in the bumper.

Bubba's teams have not really developed a killer instinct? That could change Saturday. Idaho State can play us tight. Maybe we just go for the win and start getting used to winning, improving each week. Slowly build a take advantage of every opportunity attitude. Staying away from injuries would be huge.

That is hilarious. What one does read from Tuesday through Sunday is usually two day old stuff, and the obits run for 2 or 3 days. Since Sunday paper had no mention of Sam Houston Sate U FB team losing, be interesting if they mention the Bearkats in tomorrows paper? Maybe they'll have a color picture of them?
