Is there really a shortage of event space in Grand Forks? Also when is the saturation point for $400k condos in downtown? I'm not anti-downtown development, but seems there is a lot happening at once before evaluating if there's really a demand.

My how things have changed in Nashville. Lived there during the early years and they couldn't give away tickets on some nights. Upper bowl tickets went for $15 on game day. Most people where there for the novelty factor and wanting to see fights. When the Red Wings played, there were tons of red and white. Now, cheap tickets are a thing of the past and arena is rocking every night.

When it comes to S&C we need someone dedicated to just football. Our current coach splits between football and women's basketball. Let Will Ratelle take over as football only, we have seen how well that man can put in muscle.

I went to undergrad at MTSU, they have a decent intramural hockey program. I'm actually surprised there isn't a push to start a D1 hockey program. It's the state's 2nd largest school that is constantly in UTK shadow. College hockey would set it apart. Biggest problem is no ice in Murfreesboro.
