If they go with Jerry; I think it has to be the same line of the thinking too. If Jerry’s struggles continue, I think they have to go to Romfo at some point.

Although Payton had a good year and probably wins in most years, Brungard absolutely deserved it. Polasek ended up winning coach of the year as well. As for DPOY, I can’t speak to if an NDSU player deserved it more over who was selected.

My perception of him has completely flipped this year. I could never get over him whiffing on the block against SDSU on the pick 6 a couple of years ago out of my head.

UND had 6,500 against Sac State in 2023, which is higher than all on that list but still low for our standards. Thanksgiving weekend is tough
