Its hard to say because so many have buses. I know Southgate and Big Daddy's also have buses to the games.

For arguements sake lets say we agree: D1A = D1. D1AA = D2. D2=D3. but what small minded informant doesn't say: NDSU plays D2 caliber football. They would have trouble with a strong UND or GVSU team. If you believe generalization #1 then you can't argue generalization #2. 'Nuff said.

I could look up the stats and prove it but you probably already how bad it is. They have went many a tournaments when their top seed lost to the East's fourth seed. Build the west hockey programs (there is no reason they couldn't be as good as the east.) and win some state tournament games...until then its everyones right to point out how weak they are (historically). East = WCHA West = CHA

Why not $50 Million? Can you have to much money? They probably will see how much they can get from this campaign and then see what they can do with it, cause I saw nothing specific they wanted to do. In reality, I don't see them expanding the Alerus anytime in the future (20 years). Basketball and hockey don't need any money, except maybe a center scoreboard in the Betty (or expansion talks like the Alerus or at least bigger end bleachers). The only thing I can think of is the practice facility, which I would guess the majority would go towards.

Even more reason to put a bubble over memorial. You could take the visiting bleachers down expand the field to conform to NCAA lacrosse standards with "free" rent. Students could walk to the games, free of charge and without having to pick up tickets in advance like at the Alerus for football. Then in the off time it could be used as a practice facility for all sports.

Easy. They play big name teams in metropolitan areas. This helps sell out their arenas for many games (meaning they will average more than 25% of their perspective arena capacities). That is how they create "atmosphere."

And they wanted it done before the Jrs....why...?
