Let's say I want to make a calendar of hot ladies in Sioux Jerseys, would I get sued?
Could I just use old jerseys they no longer have a trademark on?
Would UND approve a licensing agreement for such a sexist thing?
It sorta is funny how this might not affect Denver broadcasts much, but might increase their exposure. All there's games could be seen nationally because "Roots" is local!!!! Hahaha
What's considered local? If the channel can be picked up nationally its no longer a regional channel...didn't jayson say fox sports couldn't broadcast a Wisconsin game from the Ralph even though that's a "regional" network because of the cbssn contract?
Here's the thing though. If DirecTV picks up midco, how could midco show the games, when it would be violating the nchc contract with CBS cause midco would not be regional, and thus directly competing with cbcsn?!
I really think they should start. Promote the whole next level thing. Pride of the Sky Montana does it.
I think it would help the fans connect with the team. Was it last year or the year before: who's QB now? Is that 13 or 18?
I don't wanna memorize names and numbers of 20+ regulars.
Call me crazy though.
Im in more for the ipf too. I think it would get more donors. Plus I doubt could raise jersey money in time. Be cool to say hey I helped finance that sweet building
Schools only being able to play schools in their division would create a mess? That's news to me. Isn't that how things usually suppose to go. College hockey seems alright doing it. It would be the same for football or any sport.
Behind the doors, the commissioner knows his league will soon be gone. Probably this summer. So he's not worrying. The schools already have plans in place. And he's probably already got his new job lined up.
