A few years ago UND averaged more fans than the New York Islanders. That's just one instance. Never has a FCS team came close to averaging what an NFL team does. Not even half the amount of one nfl team. Or I'll be impressed when any sport ever averages more than its professional counterpart. Do you see NDSU basketball averaging more than an NBA team? Might as just well just move UND hockey to the NHL. Some years it will average more than other teams and even its tv ratings has already beaten NHL games. If you know hockey you known UND. If you know football you don't know NDSU.

Get back to me when any FCS team can claim to have averaged more fans than any team in their professional league counterparts like UND has done for hockey and FBS does for football.
-
And Nebraska Omaha....sounds like FCS football...oh wait Nevermind they didn't think it was worth playing FCS ball.

Or you could just buy one of these... http://www.tailgatingideas.com/tow-hitch-stripper-pole/

Most of these new hotels are indeed "local" owners. Just like McDonalds and subways have "local" owners.
-
That'd like saying you don't how a convention center (Alerus) could possibly benefit the community.

Anyone thirst? Is it football season yet? My newest tailgating paraphernalia.
-
Do I want a FCS championship? Yes but nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade. We all know FCS is the "Second Division" of college football. But UND can always claim something NDSU can't.
-
Preaching to the choir? I don't believe NDSU has one national championship trophy to display that was won at the sports highest collegiate level.

I give Hugo's and valley dairy credit for growing with the city when no other gas or grocery stores do, but dang it would be nice to have other choices/competitors.

The bison fan is so cute!!

From what I saw last year Bartels had the more accurate arm.

Considering they have other sports that have been good including going to the dance. No they don't wish to go back.

I've said my peace I'm done.

The part you deleted where you called someone a thug based on reading their twitter...you came to a conclusion based on.... I came to a conclusion based on the exact same reasoning you used. I'm like a mirror image of yourself. [moderator note -- personal attack removed]

I would guess that most reading your feed would think you were a racists. It goes both ways but you only want it one way....this is fun. Because you are so blind.
-
Why is it ok for you to imply someone is a criminal/thug? But it's not ok for someone to imply you are a racist? You are a disgrace to UND.
-
What gave you the impression he is a "thug" is a better question?

I believe it has to do with the waiting list and the amount of people such as myself looking for spots. He said a few others also called and wanted numerous spots as they bought tailgating rigs....shoot can't remember the number he gave me...30 or 50 are on the list....IIRC they were going to send out renewals in a month or two after the meetings with the Alerus officials.
-
It's generally not the number of tailgating spots. It's the tailgating "season pass" where your spot is reserved and you pay less for the whole season: $15 per game per space vs $50 for the season.
-
I'd think something like that is my best bet.

Dexter Albrechat and myself had a nice long chat the other day. I called about getting a season tailgating spot. The bad news is they are still sold out with a waiting list. The good news is they are in talks with the Alerus about expanding the reserved spots and was pretty optimistic that the Alerus would do so. The offseason: a perfect time to get ready to step it up for tailgatig next year. I'd love to have full size UND football helmet. I have searched online but all I could find was someone selling cheap crappy ones on eBay that aren't even close to a replica. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Trading your best year for your worst year...sort of a fallacy. Your trade your worst year for a little bit better year. Add a little muscle, practice with the team, and get use to academics but still have to play the games to really get better whether that's true freshman or redshirt freshman.
